This store shelves are always empty. Why are you open? Why don't you have the individual rolls of toilet paper? I'm sick of coming to this store. The pharmacy is bad also.

No idea how this Walgreens is still open. If you need a prescription, plan on picking it up at least 2 weeks after it says it’s going to be ready, of which they blame on the system and the pharmacist. It’s also incredibly gross and run down, and staff is rude despite people being upset that prescriptions aren’t ready hours after they say they’re going to be ready. I can’t even transfer my prescriptions elsewhere because they are unreachable by phone unless you’re prepared to wait 2 hours on the phone. This needs to be shut down.

Online system told me my script would be ready at 12. Got there at 3, waited an hour only to be told to come back later. Staff was not helpful or willing to get me my script. Blamed everything on the “system” and told me I had to wait another MINIMUM of 30 minutes. These guys need to figure out their “system” and quit treating people like garbage

Unreachable, the phone is never answered. I have been hung up on Everytime I call for my prescription, "I'm sorry we are experiencing system problems please call back later."

Same person at the pharmacy has told me multiple times on different days in person my prescription would be ready in a half hour. Now two weeks after my doctor sent order in, prescription is still not ready. I’ve gotten an automated call every day saying it will be ready tomorrow, and still nothing after two weeks. I tried to transfer to another pharmacist, and they can’t fill it because Walgreens says in the system they have it waiting, but when I go to Walgreens, it’s out of stock. What is going on there?

If I could give zero stars I would. I can never get ahold of pharmacy staff. I just sat on hold for 40 minutes, someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up the line without saying anything. SO unprofessional!!! I tried calling back immediately and now there are over 3 callers in que. This specific location makes care coordination incredibly difficult - both for patients and providers. It's ridiculous they are allowed to operate this way. Avoid this location if you can!!

Absolutely terrible choice for a pharmacy. Just drive a little further and go to a different one. You’ll be on hold all day if you try to call and their techs are extremely rude and likely to mess up your prescription causing lapse in dosage. Save your health be kind to your body and go somewhere else.

Very rude cashiers, more interested in talking to each other. Don’t accept inconvenient cash because she was clearly too lazy to make change. Parking lot was full of homeless people too didn’t feel safe to leave my car there. One knocked on my window to ask for money as soon as I pulled up. Easily the worst Walgreens

When I arrived, the cashier was extremely helpful and courteous when answering my questions before I shopped. Seconds before I got to the register, she went on break. Her replacement was rude, condescending and made no attempt to help me apply my coupon and the sale price of some items. It was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Prescription aren’t ready like they promised, it toke them 3days to make me a referral, there is lots of miscommunication here , wish something is done about it . 1/10 if am to rate them

Always a long wait and mess at the pharmacy. Prescriptions are quoted as ready in the app, then when you get in person it’s either lost or will be another 45 mins to an hour. Results from Covid tests are not ready even next day, when quoted less than 2 hours. Employees are confused and not help full. I’m going to another wal greens even though this one is one minute away from my house.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They should be closed permanently, seriously.What a horrible company to continue running things as they have. I will be sending the letter I’ve written to report this sham of place after the shenanigans they pulled today.

Whenever I go to the pharmacy here the line is always extremely backed up. I also can never reach anyone on the phone. This has been going on for years and I'm about ready to switch my pharmacy. They either need to hire more people or seriously revamp their customer service strategy.
