This store is slowly turning around since the new manager took over, very different from the store it was a few months ago. And I’m sure it’ll keep getting better.

Wish i could zero stars but cant I have been there only 3 times while tried to transfer process to switch from another pharmacy. I have had NOT BUT MANY ISSUES.1. Only asked to transfer a specific medication I had a printed list from old pharmacy. Was not listened to2.because of cost I asked not to fill whole prescription and I'll refill as needed. Didn't listen3.My doctor originally changed my dose when picked up, does listed on medication is old dose.4. Last night I picked up then up very long line only 2 tech working way under staffed5. Once again was listened to when I gave my name even handed my IDI WILL BE LEAVING TODAY DO BETTER HWY 7 AND HOPKINS CROSSROAD WALGREENS PHARMACY SHAME ON YOU.

Lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Horrible customer service after multiple times asking for the butane fuel and she said sir we do not have it after multiple times pointing to it. She finally looked and saw it and rang up the item.

I wish I'd of read these reviews before I came to this location. It's never stocked and the staff is incredibly incompetent on basic register tasks. McDonald's workers have more stocking and cashiering knowledge. This has to be the worst location in America. How ironic now it's temporarily closed right before the holidays. Serves that little smart mouth incompetent right. Corporate figured out they were barely working and customer serving. ????

As the other reviews have said this pharmacy is a mess. After my knee replacement it took four tries and 3 hours to get all my pain meds. Thanks to the employee who stayed late so I didn't have to go without until the next day but don't go here if you can avoid it.

This location is slowly starting to get a bit better. Lines are still long, but moving a bit faster. And the staff is ALOT more helpful than before.Thank you guys for trying, it's starting to show.

Very nice people supported by garbage information systems. Second time in a row that I requested a refill online only to have it get stuck at order confirmation. Tried to call...was on hold 40 minutes and then disconnected. So I went to the store. They acknowledged that the order got stuck in the central system, again, and they had no visibility of it. I was told that the best way to communicate with them is to come into the store...their systems are not reliable. Really? You do know this 2023 right? Have you heard of Amazon? Check'm out.

This pharmacy is absolutely worthless. They take forever to fill prescriptions and impossible to get a hold of without being on hold for an hour. The last straw is now that my oncologist has been trying to send over my new medication for the last 5 days and has been nothing but issues with no resolution. I’m not sure why I’ve waited this long, but no longer going here. Complete incompetence.

Twice have waited for over 45 minutes to get service at drive thru. Only 3 cars ahead of me when I have arrived. Changing pharmacy!

Consistently dont have my prescription ready when they say it will be. Generally snobby attitudes from the pharmacy employees. 6 people in the pharmacy and they won't even acknowledge your presence while you're standing at the window. They make you wait to get a prescription that should have been ready and don't t even have public restrooms!

The employees working were kind, but no one knew what was going on in the store. I had placed an order for pick up 2 hours earlier for 4 simple items and it still wasn't available when I arrived even though it said it would take 30 minutes. Half the items weren't in stock even though the website said they were.

Extremely slow and unhelpful staff, nobody knows what they're doing or how to help anybody other than scanning items at the register. The pharmacy is so ungodly slow, I've been stuck inside in line for over 30 minutes behind one person, theni try the drive through and it's lined up all the way around the corner of the building and not moving, I waited over an hour and just have up, can't get my mess because the pharmacy would close by the time I got to the window at the rate it was going. HIRE MORE STAFF

Parking lot is full of pot holes and trash. Staff won't help you and the store is understaffed in general. Most frustrating of all what the walgreens website says is available at the store and what's actually available is always wrong.

Absurd wait times for pharmacy help. The fact that the hold recording says, "We're sorry to keep you waiting, but all of our staff are assisting other customers. There are _ callers ahead of you, " LITERALLY EVERY 20 SECONDS, IS MADDENING. I've been on hold for 20 minutes and there's still 1 caller ahead of me. Want to know how many times I've heard that recorded statement? 60. 60 times.How could it possibly be this busy at every location every single day??????

I needed an urgent document printed last night. The site said that it would be done by 9:40. I get there by 9:40 and the staff was confused when I said I had printing done and not photos. Finally I find the guy in charge of the photos. He said it hasn’t started printing yet. He then goes to the printer, hits a button, and walks away. 5 minutes later, he comes back, gets frustrated with the printer, and hits a button and walks away again. This happened for an hour straight. He never told me what was going on until I asked, to which he replied that the printer kept jamming. After waiting an hour for a trip that should’ve taken 5 minutes, I told him that I’m really thirsty and asked if I could at least have some water while I waited. He gave me a pointed look and said I could buy water if I wanted it. He never acknowledged the inconvenience, never told me what was going on, and to top it all off, when it was finally done, he told me how much it came out to. I said there should be a card on file, and he sarcastically replied “well if there was a card on file it wouldn’t be asking you to pay.” So I guess… go here if you want the staff to treat you like you’re stupid and ignore you while simultaneously not knowing how to do their job?
