Whichever lady was working the drive thru today around 9:30am was SO rude. She was talking to me like I was stupid and would keep cutting herself off the screen before I was done talking. Get out of customer service if that's how you interact with customers. Very obnoxious.

The current staff seem to lack just basic personal skills. (It's very off-putting) Cleo is sorely missed! There's not much else to make you want to come into to this location. I have now opened a TCF acct too.

First time visiting this location today and had a great experience! Many friendly faces greeted me upon arriving. Met with Wayne to open a business account and he was fabulous! Very professional, personable and efficient. I will be back to this location for my banking needs!
