Over the last two weeks I've called Zukes a 1/2 a dozen time and left two or three messages on their answering machine. None of my messages have been returned. I stopped by their office today and nobody was there. The business appeared to be permanently closed and if they're not, they will be shortly due to frustrated customers. Don't bother wasting your time.

My car had been stored for a while, and unfortunately, filled with mildew. My insurance agent recommended Zukes. Chris (I think that's his name) could not have been nicer. The car needed a quick turn around so it could go on a trip, and he worked with me and took it right before the holiday weekend. He was prompt, he kept me updated, and the car looked unbelievable when it was done. Truly, it looked like it came off the showroom floor, it didn't smell of Mildew and somehow he got between the seats, you would never know what bad shape it was in before. I can't say enough about what a good experience it was.

TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE AND AFTER! I took my vehicle in to have it detailed. When I picked it up, not only was there damage to the right rear driver's side door, but there was a piece missing from the top left roof rail. When I noticed the missing roof rail piece, he was with me. His first response was "I didn't do anything". I noticed the damage on the door panel and he asked me if I was sure if the roof rail piece was missing and the damage to the door wasn't there when I brought the car in. I assured him that these were o.k. when I brought the car in. He continued to ask if I was sure. I left. I contacted him a few days later, asking him if we could remedy the situation. He stated that he asked "his guys" if the piece was on the car when they washed it, and he believed it when they told him that the piece wasn't on the car when they washed it. He basically claimed that I was attempting to take money from his business and that I was trying to scam him by claiming that these issues were not apparent when I dropped my vehicle off. In our most recent conversation, I asked him if he was willing to just attempt to remedy the situation. He was still saying that I was blaming him and had motives that were untrue. If he wishes to have happy customers, he would at least been willing to work with me. NOTE: I paid him extra because I knew my car was bad inside. . .
