Turned on my Television and had a totally light blue screen. Called Acentek and talked with a technician and he was able to walk me thru it to get my TV working again. I didn’t catch his first name but my great thanks to him for getting me back online and everything working again.GREAT SERVICE THANK YOU

Acentek is reasonably priced and though the internet has gone out a handful of times in 4 years, it wasn’t much and it was for obvious reasons (storms). We live on a bluff and had good coverage and good speed. Never had to call them because of speed (we have had to do that with companies we have had jn the past). Customer service is great!

Hands down the worst internet service I have ever had, only one person can stream at a time, any more it just lags to the point you can’t use it. Unfortunately where I live they are the only service provider.

We have had a great experience with AcenTek! Mike, the technician, was very respectful about coming into our home and our internet has been outstanding! I called once and the service was thorough and friendly.

My husband and I set up an account under my husband's name with Acentek. Acentek kept applying monthly payments my husband and I made to his mother's account, not his account. His mother did not even live with us and had her own separate account, she was behind on payments though. It took nearly four months to straighten out the issue. Acentek then demanded payment from my husband and I for our Internet service even though we paid them and they stupidly applied the payment to someone else's account.Acentek is a low quality greedy provider. Acentek expects customers to pay when they receive poor quality or no service. Nobody is ever at the office nor will anyone bother to return any phone calls.

My remotes were 10 years old, I called about the chance of getting new ones. The Tech asked what brand my TV's were, programmed them and sent them right out. The difference is amazing!!!! I can actually change channels w/o walking around the room trying to get them towork!Thank you to the tech that was so helpful an!

First of all tecs. Are great, nice and knowledgeable. Cant say enough how great the tecs are its not his fualt.Internet speeds are good for rural use. IF ITS EVER CONECTED, its down 3/4 of time and have to power cycle to get it to work. Had them come out change a box, didn't work we changed router, because it was old, changed static ip on that router and now it's always off!!! Power cycle it and it works for 5 minutes then shuts off again, changed everything you guys said to change and it still doesn't work, but you guys claim time and time again it's "Good on your end" you say it everytime...but when your tect says you guys are down to two inter wires in the box along the road and won't fix it. We need internet for our daily farm for robots and dairy records we are trying to run a busses here, this is fricken ridiculous

A service technician from Acentek arrived at my home to repair our tv service. When I called to make the appointment, the customer service rep asked that people in our home wear masks and socially distance throughout the technician's time in my home, to which I replied that we would...because that's what people do who care about the health and safety of others. Everyone has a right to feel safe in their work environment, as well as their own homes. When the technician arrived, he was not wearing a mask. I had a new disposable mask available to give him. I asked him if he would please put the mask on before he entered my home. He said, "No. I'm not wearing a mask." I told him that I have an extremely immunocompromised person living in my home to which his response was, "I'm not wearing a mask." I asked him if my request offended him. After a few seconds, he stated that he had a "cold" and, therefore, would not wear a mask. He then told me he would need to call Acentek to see if they could "send someone else" to my home. I called Acentek and spoke with the technician's supervisor who informed me that it was their policy for technicians to wear a mask if customers requested that they do so. The supervisor had spoken to the technician before I did and the technician told him that he refused to wear a mask because he "had a cold" and was "having a really hard time breathing." **Pro Tip from an RN BSN: If you are an employee experiencing cold symptoms and difficulty breathing during a pandemic which is spread through airborne transmission, call in sick and get tested for COVID-19. Please do not enter people's homes and/or refuse to wear a mask.** Ultimately, the appointment needed to be rescheduled for Mon AM as this incident occurred on a Fri AM. DISCLAIMER: This is not a political post regarding masks. This is a first time google review from a 33+ year dissatisfied and extremely disappointed Acentek customer.
