My best friend paid over 5k for this venue, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. While getting ready, we lost power four times, delaying hair and makeup, and when I asked the male owner if there was somewhere reliable to plug in curling irons, his only response was, “You’re lucky we even have a generator.” They never once apologized for the repeated power outages or the stress it caused. Outside, there’s a church bell with no signs saying not to ring it. One of the groomsmen asked aloud if he could ring it, and the female owner standing right next to him said nothing, so he did, only for the male owner to come storming out, cussing at him in front of guests. Later, we found out the DJ provided by the venue wouldn’t play parts of our playlist because the male owner is “very religious” and doesn’t like swear words this was something never mentioned when booking, and incredibly hypocritical considering he had cursed at a groomsman earlier. To make matters worse, the bride and groom were charged $150 for supposed “damage” to the bell, claiming the rope came off the pulley, which didn’t happen. For the price, we expected professionalism, clear communication, and a smooth experience, but instead got rudeness, chaos, zero accountability, and surprise charges. I would never recommend this venue to anyone.

This was the most amazing experience we could have ever asked for on our wedding day. Not only was the weather perfect but so was the whole weekend. Holly and Jake were so amazing. They were there for any questions or any help we needed. This venue is breathtakingly beautiful. Thank you Outback Ranch for being part of our special day and helping make it so special!

It had great open pasture to let the horses out and the trails were nice and somewhat challenging in places. Electric hook-ups were available and water was in tanks near the horses but not for trailers at your site. No dump station was available. Owners were very nice and accommodating.

We had a wonderful 3 days Side by Side trail riding! 5 Couples go ATV riding every year and we were lucky enough to find the Outback Ranch! The cabin was great and so were the other accommodations! The trails were fun and challenging at times! Plenty of close towns to go bar hopping and eating on the county roads.

Beautiful venue with an affordable price! As a 2024 bride, I was very impressed and felt blessed to have our wedding at Outback Ranch. The venue is very well taken care of, and we had so many compliments! Holly and Jake are very helpful when you need it. I had so many questions leading up to our big day, and Holly was always responsive in a kind manner! They also have tons of natural beauty there as well as beautiful rentals for decorations as you wish. Best thing of all - you get it for the entire weekend! Our family loved camping there. There are enough back up options if it rains, and plenty of space. We had 280 guests which all fit inside with not even straight rows of tables! The bridal suite upstairs is very nice as she added hair stations! There could be better room for makeup as there is really only one window for natural light, but there is also a cabin for rental that is amazing (that our guys stayed in). It was a perfect day and I would recommend Outback Ranch to anyone!

It was over 3 years ago we found this amazing gem in Mn. Such a great staff and friendly faces the first time we stepped foot at The Outback Ranch. We fell in love with the place. We bring our horses every Memorial Day weekend and we now make it a tradition for my husband and I. So much beautiful terrain to ride on.The grounds are kept up and so stunning.
