Guy that came out could not fix our 1 yr old GE fridge ice-maker. He came out over 4 times for “service calls”, ordered the wrong part, could never get it fixed. He had to call GE tech support to walk him through instructions each time because he had no idea what he was doing. Huge inconvenience and waste of time. Would avoid this place if you need any service work done!

Great place to shop and excellent customer service in store. As far as delivery and set up, our delivery person was rude right from the start. She lectured my husband about how she was in charge and he will listen to everything she says. She gave attitude every time any of us asked a question. Very unhappy about how we were treated in our own house.

Skip the big box stores, you need an appliance go see the folks at Cox Hardware, they beat the big box in price, service, delivery, and commitment. Though we’ve moved out of State, I will call them first when we need something will be worth the trip to go see them again. Thanks
