Because i messed up, I needed a connecting wire for a handheld controller, they knew exactly what I was looking for and had it in stock. Shipped same day and arrived two days later. Incredibly helpful and quick. Also, and I hate to do this, but they were hundreds of dollars less than my local place. HUNDREDS! For one small part! If I need another part for my plow (which I'm sure I will) sometime in the future - this is my "go-to". I'm telling you, I could have gone down there, hugged everyone for being helpful, or bought everyone a soda, and drove back while still saving money. Terrific experience.”
“I drive a 2016 Ford Explorer..... Yes.... Platinum of course! But lately it's performance has been very subpar, resulting in a bronze like stability when traveling. It currently handles more along the lines of an XLT or base model if you will. It's pathetic and honestly embarrassing, but the good folks here @ Cokato Auto Body (Tony & Sam) diagnosed this intense vibration in my steering column and pinpointed the issue as a faulty tie rod end on the driver's side. After a brief discussion with these gentlemen we set the repair appointment for this Friday. Extraordinary would be an understatement for this company, these guys make you feel like FAMILY! Kind, Humble and God Loving human beings who just want to fix your vehicle and get you back on the road safely! ?”
“Love this place! I did not know where to turn when I totaled my car hitting a deer. He treated me like family even though we have never met. He walked me through the process dealing with insurance companies and jumping through hoops until I could get a new vehicle. Even though he knew my car was not repair a bowl and he would not benefit financially from the time he spent walking me through the process he quickly became a very needed trustworthy friend in very difficult time for me. There are still good people in the world!”
