I went there to purchase coffee for my family. The gas station clerk loudly and abruptly accused me of stealing in front of a crowd of people. Instead of asking me if I purchased the item. The coffee barista (who received my payment)was even taken back by his actions and defended me. I didn't even receive an apology and then he proceeded to glare at me through the window as I left. It was rather embarrassing.

The upgrades and changes especially the coffee bar make it a more frequent stop than it used to be

They were out of the coffee I wanted, but my substitute was made in a timely manner and it tasted delicious. Customer service left some to be desired and got stares from the kitchen for whatever reason.Nice to have a coffee shop locally, however it was a very awkward experience.

Excellent experience. What I had repaired was 5 star. Every time I have had work done, it was done in a timely manner, functional well done, and reasonably priced.

These guys were great. Came in with a flat tire, which ended up happening because of a bent rim (darn MN winter potholes). Communication was great, and they got the work done pretty quick and had great results for a reasonable price. Definitely coming back to these guys in the future.

I had $900.00 in repairs done. Front ball joint and tie rod was part of the problem. They "fixed" it my car rides worse then before and it makes a clunking noise when turning the wheel and vibrates when making a right turn. Brought it back multiple times and now there's magically $300 or more that needs to be done because the ball joint has now offset my struts?? I won't bring my car here anymore. I'm very disappointed.

I have been a long time customer. Several projects. There work has been ok, been a few times I have had to bring the vehicle back for additional work. This last project was the last draw. Had them put a lift kit on the Jeep. Manufacturer of the kit advised of the maximum tire size to use so no trimming was needed. But they told me they had tested tires and wheel sizes and no rubbing. BS. Backing out the tires rubbed. Out comes the knife to trim. Rubbing continued. So I put on a different from bumper. Still rubbed, now they trimmed metal. Also noted there was a noise coming from the front. Took it back twice, drive it and the noise will get louder and we will be able to determine what wheel it is. Today, wheel flew off the Jeep, put me in a ditch after crossing all lanes of traffic. Had there been oncoming traffic, it would have been very bad.Needless to say, I would NOT bring you vehicle here. Inept would be the word that comes to mind.

I stopped in this place many years ago after a three day weekend full of intense tomfoolery with several of my high school friends at one of their cabins in nearby Litchfield. When I left the cabin early Sunday morning I was desperate for a civilized place where I could get some water, decent food, an adult conversation and...most importantly...a great bathroom experience. The Howard Lake pit stop was like an Oasis as I spotted it against the backdrop of an early Sunday morning sunrise in mid July. It was going to be a hot one that day but my perspiration was self-inflicted. Upon arrival I was greeted by a nice young lady. Super classy - a nice nod and a smile. No cheesy comments about the weather or reference to what time of day it was. I immediately spotted the bathroom and was greeted by the cleanest and calming stall I had seen in awhile. A nice fan provided the classic two-for-one: a humming background noise coupled with a light airy breeze. A soft 60 watt bulb shone above the stall in a way that distributed the light evenly. A small window high upon the wall was cracked slightly which provided a nice natural backdrop. The privacy and comfort of the stall gave me some time to self reflect and reflect on the decisions I made in the previous 72 hours. It was perfect. I must have sat there for 20 minutes. After washing my hands and face and limbs I proceeded towards the exit. I was again greeted by the same smiling face. Unchanged, classy. The 20 minute passage of time didn’t change anything. What grace this young woman had. Just before I left the pit stop I caught glimpse of a circular pizza spinning hot carriage deal and what appeared to be the perfect slice of pepperoni. It was...

Great staff. For a gas station they have great food. My kid cant get enough. Very clean store. Attached garage does a terrific too . Rated at 4 only because prior to a large snow storm they stopped selling windshield wiper blades in gas station. If you have a roadside emergency keep driving when garage is closed.
