Great at multi tasking. He helped me and communicated with every customer as they walked up or by.
Phenomenal communication. He explained every discount and why they were being applied. He was very careful and considerate when it came to bagging my purchase.
He also related to me about the Toy Story doll I bought my son. We joked about a movie called “small soldiers” we both had watched as kids. A very genuine and memorable interaction you usually don’t get in the “real world.”
To top it all off I left my receipt on the counter and John ran it to me before I could get to my car.
All in all I couldn’t have been more pleased. There’s not much difference from store to store so it’s the people like John who truly make these trips stand out.”
“Best kids shoe selection of any of the chain stores! Like every kind of shoe and every size is here, they are a little slim on toys, but they really have a lot of infant wear and the clothes are color coordinated. It looks real clean in here and is really the place to go to for clothing and shoes. All of these bins have shoes!”
