Usually I absolutely love this place but they hired a new girl and it was kind of annoying because she told me it cost $5 extra to shape my nail? This of course was after she had already done it and my nails were pretty much finished....I've never heard of such a thing and then instead of giving y
A massage with lotion she did a quick rub with nothing ...it was really weird and uncomfortable....

I had my nails done at a different salon and was not happy at all with how my nails. I came in for a fill, Ni fixed the errors that I had from the other salon and made them look exactly how I wanted. The shop was very clean and everyone was very friendly and inviting. I called the day of and they were able to fit me in quickly. I will definitely be back.

I have been going here for years and they never disappoint. I get a gel pedi and its always flawless. Yesterday I changed it up and added a gel full set on my hands too and they were very accommodating especially since my appointment didn't originally include that! Thanks Hugo Nails!!

I love this place and I always feel so welcome coupled with the fact that our daughter is adopted from Vietnam so I feel very comfortable with all their employees. And the one man that works there has a great smile!

Been here twice so far for simple manicure with gel polish. (I don't like all the fancy and longer nails due to healthcare job)They do an amazing job including a nice hand massage. While I was waiting on my daughters nails they let me relax in pedicure massage chair. They hand out free waters to guests. Wonderful customer service and do a great job at making you feel welcomed.

Pedicure was rushed. We made an appointment for 3 of us, but they didn't start until 20 min after our appointment time. Once they started they just rushed through it. Very disappointing. And to spend $15 for gel, seems a bit high. So for an okay pedicure it cost $50. I definitely won't be going back.

My girlfriend and I were able to be seen right away without an appointment. Lovely time relaxing in the chairs and getting our feet and hands pampered.
I work in healthcare, so no color on fingernails. The clear polish was nice... better yet, the cuticles and hang nails are gone!
Recommend the HOT Stones.
Next time, I am going to ask to have my feet and hands massaged longer. Possibly a little essential oils for massage.
That would put me at a 5 star rating.
Cleanliness: Hygienic, and clean.
Have little water bottles for you.

Got my nails done a week ago - gel manicure and already chipping/peeling. I noticed they didn't rough my nails like other salons have to get the polish to stay on longer. Very disappointed

My mom and I went here for our first time recently and had such a good time! We got to relax, the ladies took care of us, and they even tolerated my wild idea for this nail design! Actually the lady who did these nails was super nice and she did an outstanding job. Please note I am def not a hand model LOL. My mom was so happy she could relax in the spa chair while I finished up. We'll be back!

I came in after day after getting a janky set from Luxury Nails in Hugo, and Hugo Nails swooped in and saved the day!! I actually feel pretty and WANT to look at my nails. Their attention to detail is superior and they don't rush their service. They take time on you and make you feel like a valued customer. Would definitely recommend you go here.

Wish I could do ZERO stars.
I was there this morning for a pedicure as I haven't had my nails trimmed in 4-5 weeks. She only did 2 toes on each foot. I asked her to trim the other toes and she said something I couldn't understand...and continued to just work on the two toes. She looked at them and decided they didn't need trimming or scraping, etc..
I had to trim the other 6 toes at home but I still need to have my cuticles done.
Needless to say, no tip and I'll never go back.

I told the girls when I was getting my pedicure 3times that I think I will get a full set. So I didn't get what I wanted the medicer was not good came off the next day and when I got home I had to redo my pedicure . Because she did get it all buffed good. So when you talk to them they shake their head like they no what you are saying and they really don't have a clue.So I would not recommend them to anyone.
