They performed a free oil change for me during their annual Salute to Veterans event—and even provided lunch. That alone says a lot about who they are, but the service backs it up. The staff is always extremely friendly and professional. They walk you around your vehicle while it’s on the hoist and show you exactly what they’re looking at.

“My dad taught me the basics of car care growing up, so when I noticed something was off with my brakes, I wanted to have it checked before the upcoming winter. I figured I’d get my oil change and tire rotation done at the same time. After researching several places, I chose R&S based on their good reviews and relatively affordable prices in today’s market. Free loaner cars were also a big plus.

Overall, I think they did a wonderful job and provided quality service.
That said, I was a bit frustrated during the process. I was initially told my car would be ready by a certain time, which was then pushed back multiple times until I was finally told to pick it up the next day. The next day during the road test after the new back brakes were on, the team concluded that my front brakes needed replacing after all, even though there was technically pad left. My car was still not braking right, meaning more time in the shop to replace the front pads. Near the end of the second day I was finally able to get my car back. Car repairs are never convenient and definitely come with headaches like this.

While communication during the repair could have been better and would have eased my worries, I want to acknowledge that Rick truly cares about the quality of his and his team’s work. I had some concerns about the invoice because it didn’t quite match what we discussed over the phone. Rick took the time to go over the details with me line by line, explaining everything clearly(even the card processing fee). In the end, everything made perfect sense and I am happy with the work.”

“My Ford F150 was leaking antifreeze so I called and Tom answered right away. We was able to look at my truck and fix it the next day. The entrance is in the middle of the two garage doors. I was unsure where it was. This is the definition of a quality family owned business. Great service and great prices. He replaced my water pump and I saved $200 by going through him.”

“I love coming here, it’s close to home and all the employees are very welcoming and helpful. They take their time while doing what they love and also make sure that you’re safe. “Honestly loved the crew and Mario was a great companion to keep me company while I waited for repairs.

I took my 2016 ford focus se in for some new wheels bearings.
We hit a few bumps in the road that I kind of expected from the get go, (broken axels due to them never being done before)
But Mario went above and beyond to get the parts delivered the same day!
Mario got a lunch for being so straight forward and honest. He was clear about what my replacement should cost. But the risk of how much it could be.
It wasn’t even half as bad as most places that quoted me for just the wheel bearings.
I only paid a pinch over $1,000 for brand new high end bearings, an axel, and a few other needed parts. This price also included the diagnostic and labor.
Mind you my car was there for a day and a half and most places would gouge you for that.

I have one small complaint. I had to take my car in for an emergency “repair” the day after I had left with it. This probably wasn’t even their fault. But my car threw me a bunch of different error comes and my speedometer wasn’t working! In straight panic, I tried reaching out to the shop. Unfortunately they are closed Saturday and Sunday (well needed rest for you guys though). So I took it somewhere else because I had to take my small children on a trip soon.
It just happened to be a loose wire/ wire that wasn’t plugged back in all the way. Honestly not even a complaint. But just be aware to really give those connectors a good push next time. Haha

I will be back because you were very straight forward with what my next needed repairs were and gave me a very honest time line for when I should have it done. Thank you for being so awesome Mario. And your whole crew too!

“Sat for 45 minutes in Valvoline instant oil Change on Broadway Avenue in Forest Lake. Moved 1 car, to get the oil changed. Then you have dummies in the line not pulling ahead like doofuses. So I spun out of there and head to FOREST LAKE JIFFY LUBE. Richard and The Assistant Manager, Tbow, were awesome. Got 3 filters replaced, and a full synthetic oil change, in less time than I waited at Valvoline. A lot cheaper too. Valvoline ? You are paying for the name of the oil over Jiffy Lube, and the service is so much better at Jiffy Lube. And QUALITY is Top Notch at Jiffy Lube. Thanks Jiffy Lube. I will be back ever 5k miles.

“I am giving this 4 stars mainly because the manager knew my experience was not great and understood and made it right. I did not have an apt but called to see how busy and how long a headlight restoration would be. I was told come on in and 30 minutes. I gave my name and said be there in 5. This is a pretty busy place. I am not sure if an apt would help. But the price is right- headlight restoration was $27 compared to jiffy lube at almost $70. As soon as I checked in, I was told 45 minutes. I wondered around the store for an hour as I didn't have a backup plan. At the hour mark, I walked over as the app was telling me service hadn't started..long story short. It was 2 hours but the manager comped my service as it was a bit much compared to what was told. To the employees- you guys were all working hard. It was hard to keep up with business. I saw that. Good place to go as hard working and good price. I just really debated on doing this this afternoon as I didn't have a lot of time. Things happen and I appreciate the manager understanding without me really going into it that it was a cluster today.”

“On the day we went in to get our tires installed they were short handed and behind schedule. We had 2 vehicles done and were there 5 hours. We had purchased a wrong set and had to return them, and the manager didn't care much at all, and didn't do anything about it. At this moment you may wonder why I rated so high. That's because of Heather. She was extremely insightful and got the return solved, and throughout the time she was amazing with my kid.”
