Great place to store your things. We have a larger space. A bit spendy but worth it for the location.

The road inside is very narrow.I don't like it that there is no sand or salt on the road inside the storage area.So, if you want you can come to your storage space and do whatever you need to do without falling down.I am handicapped . Me & my bf need to get to our new storage space plus get stuff out of the old space & into the new space. There is a sign outside near the storage spaces saying there is going to be an expansion. The gate has a sign with different hours on it then what's listed online.

I gave State Storage four stars because the owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with and the price was right. The parking area for RVs was tough to get to as part of the road is washed out. There were also people walking. around that may not have been tenets. We were concerned for our safety while working at the trailer. Wouldn't go there at night. We moved our trailer to a safer location.

You need a code to get inside the gate. After you get to your storage unit, you provide your own lock. A lot of stuff will fit in the unit, even a good sized vehicle will fit . Don't store any chocolate in there or it will melt.

Flooding in my unit. I was storing my Mercedes Benz CLK550 there during the winter and my camper during the summer. I would get 4" of ice in the unit during the winter and flooding during summer. I brought this to the attention of Dave the manager. He told me to put my stuff up on pallets or in plastic tubs. Price is good but not worth the damage done from the water problems.

Missing half the fence not installed yet. Anyone can walk up to your storage unit door.. not sure why they even have a fence at the entrance right now. If you really wanted to drive around the fence I'm sure you could..new and in good condition.

A brand new facility which is very clean and easy to enter and exit. The rental process is very easy to follow and the prices are very competitive. There's units big enough for large boats (40'+) down to 5'x5'
