“We started taking our pup to Rice pet clinic when he was very ill. We learned he had Blastomycosis which is a very rare and highly fatal fungal infection. The vets and staff at Rice Pet Clinic were so patient and kind through the whole process. We’ve worked primarily with Dr. Jason who did not make me feel forced into any tests or procedures along the way. Instead he provided his recommendations and listened when I forward with recommendations that I had found based on my own research and help through a support group. We took each step together. It’s been almost a year of bringing our pup in every 1-2 months or so for labs and he’s almost in the clear! Thank you so much Dr. Jason and team!”

“Cannot recommend Millhouse Vet enough. After struggling to find a clinic that actually cares about their clients for a week with a sick horse, he and his staff were truly a breath of fresh air.Dr. Millhouse has excellent communication skills—which some vets are severely lacking. He spent extra time explaining to me what was going on with my horse and told me all the options we have and what next steps we could take. He also took the time to personally call me and explain my horse’s test results (which he ran himself). He is amazing at what he does, with so much experience and passion for his work. 2 days after Dr. Millhouse’s care my horse is already feeling better, which for horse people is the biggest sigh of relief.Now his staff; truly the kindest person ever. She even pushed back another appointment so I could have my horse seen asap.I will definitely be using Millhouse going forward.”
“My dog and I had our first appointment here today and I can say, with no hesitation, that they are one of the finest clinics I have ever used. The vet and technicians were timely, respectful, and invested. I felt heard, validated, and like my dog's wellbeing was their top priority. My appointment was the last of the day. It would have been easy for them to push me through quickly so they could end their day. Instead they answered every question I had and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. They didn't pressure me to make quick decisions and instead gave me information so I could choose what was best for my dog's lifestyle. After only one appointment, they have gained my loyalty and respect. If you are on the fence about which vet to choose, please highly consider this one. The prices are fair and the people are phenomenal. I grew up on a farm, have had animals my whole life, and have interacted with countless vets.
