The vet and technicians were timely, respectful, and invested. I felt heard, validated, and like my dog's wellbeing was their top priority. My appointment was the last of the day. It would have been easy for them to push me through quickly so they could end their day. Instead they answered every question I had and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. They didn't pressure me to make quick decisions and instead gave me information so I could choose what was best for my dog's lifestyle. After only one appointment, they have gained my loyalty and respect. If you are on the fence about which vet to choose, please highly consider this one. The prices are fair and the people are phenomenal. I grew up on a farm, have had animals my whole life, and have interacted with countless vets. Through all of that, this was one of my best experiences yet. I am thrilled to have found a partner I trust to care for my dog.”

“I used to live in circle pines and used this clinic for an emergency before a holiday weekend and they are absolute rockstars. They really care and will do everything they can to squeeze in your pet for an emergency. My dog recently was having some stomach issues and because I trust them and they have very sweet staff I drove the 40 mins there from where I currently live. I get great vibes and feel like they don't price gouge you either. 10/10 I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for care for their pet.”

“I wanted to Thank all of you at Lake Animal Hospital, especially Dr. K. Roeser for your Love, Compassion, honesty and over and above Quality care for our P.C., (feral kitty we adopted at 7 months). P.C. (purr constantly), was a very important family member. We were very blessed to have her for 13 years. 8 months. She was so loving, outgoing and adaptable. She loved car rides, vacations up north to Grandpa's lake cabin, playing and window shopping from her 76" high tree tower. She loved people, being brushed and she loved her vet, Dr. Roeser. She was a very loyal companion. When P.C. was diagnosed with terminal small cell lymphoma in her G.I. in 2021 by emergency vet clinic doctor. The prognosis was her quality of life was maybe 3 to 6 months. She was still very active, playful and happy with the exception of weight loss and now cancer treatment. They offered chemo therapy with no promises. I knew chemo would have killed her so I opted out of chemo therapy. Following appointment was with Dr. Roeser at Lake Animal Hospital. Best decision I made. Thank you Dr. Roeser for guiding us through the decisions and Best care for P.C. She would not had those additional 2 years and 7months of Quality of Life and Happiness without you and your Team at lake Animal Hospital. Thank you most of all for your honesty when it was time and P.C started to decline. When she needed to be in that Better place in Heaven where she could be the kitty she loved to be, free of cancer and without limitations. Thank You Lake Animal Hospital Team. To all of you there for making P.C.'s passing yesterday very peaceful. Your Compassion and Love for P.C. and us was much appreciated and will not be forgotten.Gerilynn and DylanDearest P.C. you will never be forgotten, only missed until we see you again.”

“Had my dogs here from Boston while visiting, my lab got a UTI. Birch Lake took us the DAY OF, were SUPER helpful, and very informative. Dr. Sally Prince was amazing, and deserves all the praise in the world. She followed up to see how Bella was doing, and I could genuinely tell her and the staff loved what they did. “We have gone to this Vet. Hospital for many years including the early years from 1974 to 1990. We moved up to Ham Lake and used a vet place there. When we returned to this area we came back to MN Vet. Hospital, (about 2018). We have been happy with the staff, taking our cat here. They are always courteous and friendly. If there are questions, they will return a call with the information we need. We just euthanized our cat and the staff was so very kind and caring.
