“I wanted to Thank all of you at Lake Animal Hospital, especially Dr. K. Roeser for your Love, Compassion, honesty and over and above Quality care for our P.C., (feral kitty we adopted at 7 months). P.C. (purr constantly), was a very important family member. We were very blessed to have her for 13 years. 8 months. She was so loving, outgoing and adaptable. She loved car rides, vacations up north to Grandpa's lake cabin, playing and window shopping from her 76" high tree tower. She loved people, being brushed and she loved her vet, Dr. Roeser. She was a very loyal companion. When P.C. was diagnosed with terminal small cell lymphoma in her G.I. in 2021 by emergency vet clinic doctor. The prognosis was her quality of life was maybe 3 to 6 months. She was still very active, playful and happy with the exception of weight loss and now cancer treatment. They offered chemo therapy with no promises. I knew chemo would have killed her so I opted out of chemo therapy. Following appointment was with Dr. Roeser at Lake Animal Hospital. Best decision I made. Thank you Dr. Roeser for guiding us through the decisions and Best care for P.C. She would not had those additional 2 years and 7months of Quality of Life and Happiness without you and your Team at lake Animal Hospital. Thank you most of all for your honesty when it was time and P.C started to decline. When she needed to be in that Better place in Heaven where she could be the kitty she loved to be, free of cancer and without limitations. Thank You Lake Animal Hospital Team. To all of you there for making P.C.'s passing yesterday very peaceful. Your Compassion and Love for P.C. and us was much appreciated and will not be forgotten.Gerilynn and DylanDearest P.C. you will never be forgotten, only missed until we see you again.”

“Had my dogs here from Boston while visiting, my lab got a UTI. Birch Lake took us the DAY OF, were SUPER helpful, and very informative. Dr. Sally Prince was amazing, and deserves all the praise in the world. She followed up to see how Bella was doing, and I could genuinely tell her and the staff loved what they did. They treated my dog amazingly and I’m surprised I even got her out the door! She loved them all. 10/10, 100% recommended. If you care about your animals, bring them here!”
