I have been using wash card since 2008, last couple of years I have used their new tap and app system. iam starting to think I need to go elsewhere. I understand that you are going to have issues on occasions. but when I am having issues on a daily basis. bays rebooting numerous times, bays stopping when they should not and bays not stopping when they should. bays locking up. when my customers start leaving because they are frustrated with the credit card system then I need to change systems. last summer I had vacuums that would just stop working when it got hot and when it cooled, they would start working. same thing was also happening to my auto cashiers. this was happening when the temp outside would get into high 80 low 90s wash card made it sound like I was the only wash having this problem. I like the staff, but the system is starting to irritate me. I need it to work.!!!! that's all I request. with hotter temps coming iam expecting my heat problem to come back. I have started looking at other apps and systems, my competition are using. I need a system that's flexible. I have requested different things to customize the app for my customers. I have to worry about what other car washes are offering their customers. wash card needs to be looking at what other credit card / app providers are giving their customers. I also feel that the fee structure is high, it's like having two credit card Merchant accounts.
