Brought my car in for a $12 part to be replaced , didnt get it done .
Instead , they charged me for an inspection of my vehicle and then they decided that my engine MAY need to be replaced so they didnt do anything to my vehicle . AND they proceeded to open my driver's side window (which CLEARLY has blocks in it to prevent it from opening) and allowed rain to get into my vehicle and on my leather interior . I am beyond disappointed and upset with whichever mechanic claims to have worked on my vehicle .
The only saving grace (if any) is that the receptionist did the most she could by bringing out towels for the soaked leather interior so I appreciate that but I still wouldnt recommend this place of business

A recent front-end alignment took my truck from just fine to undriveable. Putting the puzzle together, I perceive the technician incorrectly used the alignment rack and over relied on the computer to spit out numbers instead of combining the computer’s output with logic, visual cues and simple math. The result on the driver side was that he maxed out my lower A arm cams. The result on the passenger side was that he said my SAI was off by 4 degrees. And he then said the latter was why the truck pulled heavy to the left after the alignment – yet he said he found no play in ball joints and nothing bent. Another shop’s work to return the driver side cams to correct adjustments fixed my broken truck.
I perceive they should have heeded multiple clues to their mistake. First, maxing out the cams is beyond rare and shouldn’t ever be applied – even if there is steering damage. Second, concerning the SAI, with simple trigonometry and given a right triangle with 12 inches between ball joints and 4 degrees, there should have been over 3/4 inches of ball joint play or something bent by over 3/4 inches – which neither existed. Finally, if they would have unloaded the front wheels, they could have visually seen that camber was off after the adjustment just by the way the wheels hung.
Jordan and Auto Xpress have performed good work for me in the past, but they severely missed on this one.

Jordan is a genius with exhaust. He's put true, catback duals on all 3 of my V8's and they look, sound absolutely fabulous. I told him I want to hear them start from my upstairs bedroom and make no mistake, the neighbors definitely know when they're running. I'll never trust anyone else with my custom exhaust needs. Quality, stainless pipes and gorgeous, 3 1/2 inch tips. He earned his 5 stars.

I just moved to the area 7 months ago. I've had my rotors replaced, my oil changed, and my a/c recharged. Each appointment has been an hour to an hour and a half. They have a comfortable place to wait while service is being done, and fair pricing. I will continue to come here for future repair needs.

I gave them 4 stars only because they are so good, that appointments are sometimes hard to get immediately.5 stars for what they do.I work nights, so most of my appointments are around 8am, which is very convienent for me and my service animal, who is used to me occasionally having a morning appointment after work.Connie is amazing! She answers the phone immediately, tends to incoming and outgoing customers, and visits with me the whole time I wait for my service to be done. A lot of people don't do that with me because of my cultural indifferences.There's a lot of cool crafts and plants to look at. Connie always offers me a choice to watch TV. And there is coffee and a comfortable waiting parlor available.
