It offers great teriyaki beef sticks, an assortment of mild venison and black pepper sticks, and ghost pepper cheese. Customers recommend the excellent smoked salmon, white fish, ribeyes, and good pork sausages like the spicy pizza brat and swiss brat. This perfect local butcher features lots of cool taxidermy on the walls.

    Great meats and friendly staff. Only butcher around here that takes EBT. Everything I've tried has been great. Picked up some very thick Porterhouse today for the weekend. They're making me drool just looking at them raw.

    Honestly the best brats we've ever had. Excited to go back and try more. The customer service was a little cold but the food that's sold is stellar.
