I truly enjoy coming into Casey’s. The team is always friendly and welcoming, and the store itself is consistently clean and organized. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a positive atmosphere, and that makes every visit a pleasant experience.
One of my favorite things about Casey’s is the soft serve ice cream. I find myself stopping in almost daily for a cone, and I even make a point to seek out Casey’s locations during road trips specifically because of this treat.
However, I’ve encountered a recurring issue that I hope can be addressed. There have been multiple occasions where the soft serve machine is either unavailable or not in use—not due to malfunction, but seemingly due to a lack of priority. At times, staff appeared unsure how to operate it or whether they had the supplies to make it, and rather than resolving it, the option was just left unavailable. It’s frustrating and disappointing, especially when it’s a highlight of the visit.
I know I’m not the only one who chooses Casey’s for this unique offering. While it may seem like a small detail, having soft serve consistently available matters to many customers and can truly make someone’s day. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it’s intended—with appreciation for what Casey’s does well, and encouragement to follow through on the things that keep loyal customers coming back.

So I picked up an order from Casey’s today. (I am door dashing) It was already past the time by 10 minutes for pick up time. I nicely said something to the manager Dave who went on to say time don’t matter that I don’t know what I’m talking about. We have certain times to pick up by to keep our rating. Maybe instead of his working being on his phone he should be working on orders. Definitely understand why casys in Hutchinson had such a bad reputation

Last two or three times we have stopped to get some pizza slices at Casey's, the glass pizza rack is always empty-no pizza in it. Their always busy making pizza for their website customers but forgetting about their in store customers and not keeping the single slice pizza rack full...

I absolutely love Casey's pizza and come often. Great and friendly staff but the Casey's in Hutchinson in particular is bad on wait times usally its just going in the oven when i arrive at the estimated time. Wouldn't recommend if you're in a hurry

I ordered a thin crust Supreme cut into squares as they put in the Options to have, my Supreme was missing ingredients to make it a Supreme, and every time I ordered Squares cuts, they never follow instructions. The website doesn't work, I can never pay online. I really believe Casey's has gone downhill

They are the best they always take of me. During my first trimester of my pregnancy they saw I was not feeling good so they brought out my food to me. I come now almost weekly to work this incredible team!

I always loved Casey's pizza and order it all the time but its never done when the app says it is. I have yet to actually see the pizza done on time. Its usually not even put in the oven yet. Im pretty patient and the staff is nice and knows me pretty well but still is annoying especially if i just want to go home after a hard day. No other Casey's has this problem only Hutchinson
