My vehicle was not starting and I called Ricky and he was there instantly! He was honest and let me know up front what the cost would be! Fixed my vehicle and I was back on the road in 24 hours! I will only be going here for vehicle maintenance and repairs! We are fortunate to have this shop in central Minnesota!

The whole group there is awesome. Family owned. His boys are just as good as him. Very smart and outgoing. Rick the owner and his wife you couldn't ask for a more warm welcoming couple when you walk in the door.

I had a puddle of fluid underneath my truck and Ty advised me not to drive it to the shop.
He drove to my house to take a look to make sure it was safe to get it to the shop and that is above and beyond!!!

This place was awesome! We were camping at campground in Hutchinson and our starter went on our pickup. These guys were awesome in getting the starter put in-the young kid worked on Friday night into Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon it was ready!! Small Town repair shops are great!

Me my mom and brother all went here once and they tried to scam all of us my brother especially they said his engine was unrepairable and when he wanted to bring it to another shop they insisted it was a waste of time because they wanted to buy it from him. He brought it to another shop anyway and it ended up being a $80 fix.
As for me they estimated $3000 I told them no that can't be right they told me something was wrong with multiple things when I knew only 2 things needed to be fixed I told them just fix the 2 things ended up being $800 which I believe was still overpriced but got done anyway J&R lies and is not honest with their customers we will Never be going there agian.

What a great bunch of guys & girls! I was traveling from out of town when my check engine came on. They were able to accommodate me by checking it out. I was back on my way in a little over an hour. Thanks, all of you!

About a year and a half ago I just traded a Santa Fe for a newer one, my old one needed $1300 of work. Brought my new one to Rick's J&R to look it over. I told them my old Santa Fe needed $1300 of work and they told me my new one needed the SAME EXACT THING. At the same time my son brought his car in and they told him the cars engine was shot, offered him $200 for it. He got a second opinion from Darrells Auto (awesome by the way). Darrells put in a part, cost my son $50, he's been driving the car just fine ever since, it's been about a year and a half now. I question if my car even needed the $1300 of work after they pulled the fiasco with my son's car. When he said he wanted to take it for a second opinion they even took out his starter so he couldn't take his own dang car! I'll never go to J&R again.

Do not use this company, If you would like your vehicle back anytime soon -they have had our Nissan since August and we got it back today!! We had to take it back because the transmission still leaked and they didnt replace needed sensors. They told us they could do the repairs, an engine replacement, etc. while having it they broke some parts which required additional time and money spent which we were never told we owed until we picked it up the second time. . We were also never given a written estimate so they could charge us what they want. I’m not sure if my vehicle is even trustworthy after all of this.Service: Engine repair
