The associate Raquel was awesome. The price was horrible!

Edit* 2 years in a row this happened!! I'm sitting here waiting and a Walmart associate tells me that the taxes guy hasn't come to any of the appointments that were made. Why would you have a booth and option to set up an appointment. Wasted my time.

Terrible had an appointment for 11am and by 11:45am still no one showed up, called and left multiple messages with no response. If they are this irresponsible it is definitely people you do not want handling your taxes. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.
