10 stars if I could!! After getting our offer accepted on a home, we started researching carpet cleaning right away. Lots of websites were hard to navigate and get a response - Chris was on the ball to get back to us immediately. I was so excited to get on the schedule for the day after closing.Chris arrived early and was super professional & friendly. We hired the company to try out a new carpet cleaners for our office and from the moment I called, they were very responsive and accommodating. They came, measured, discussed our expectations and had a quote all within the same day! They were flexible with dates and times as well. The results were wonderful and makes our office look and smell so much better! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Lance was super accommodating to me changing the schedule on him last minute as we needed to work around daycare. He responded promptly. Our carpet is white so I am amazed how clean he got them. We have dogs and 3 toddlers so I wasn’t very hopeful but they turned out like new!!! Very happy with how they turned out. I have used several different carpet cleaning businesses since we moved into our home. Not real satisfied with any. I looked on line for the best service in our area and the Jacobson company name came at the top of the list. Our carpet is 20 years old and has seen a lot of wear. We have raised dogs for most of those years. Big dogs. Great Danes. At times we have had six of these beautiful animals living with us. Naturally the wear was as big as our canines.Lance came in on short notice before the Christmas Holidays and did a fantastic job with the carpet and the tile floor. Years of wear disappeared. I could not be more pleased with his efficient service and personal care. I would highly recommend Jacobson’s Carpet Cleaning to anyone interested in quality work.Services: Flooring

Called Lance on a Sunday after my German Shepherd had soiled multiple areas on carpet. Despite a busy schedule, Lance set up a time for that Thursday. He actually arrived (after calling) almost 2 hours early. I had little hope that the stains could be adequately removed but Lance managed to get them cleaned to a point where one can’t tell where they were. I have nothing but good to say about this company and the friendly service I received from Chris the son to his Dad whom by the is also a Vet, so we bonded right a way. Support our Vet owned businesses and give them a call.Had my moms Couch and loveseat cleaned, she supposedly had a professional do them this past spring, well I am glad we called Jacobson's to clean them again, because the work was night and day different. Her furniture has not look this good since newI will be calling them in spring to do my carpet and stairs5 plus stars for the entire process
