Beware of the soft touch car wash at Kwik Trip. I went through the car wash in May and noticed scratches all over my car. I contacted Kwik Trip and filed a claim with them. They finally got back to me today and told me that the direction of the scratches on my car were not caused by their car wash and that if I wish that I can contact my insurance company. Their car wash is the only car wash that I have been using for years and have not had any issues until now. I am VERY disappointed as they don't appear to care about loyal customers.

I went in to buy smokes and they wouldn't give them to me because my license is invalid..... well kinda hard to renew it when the DMV has closed for the pandemic. Not to mention Walz extended the renewal dates until after the pandemic has ended. I had to make an appointment with the DMV just to renew it and can't until September. I will never bring my service there again. Went across the way and got them no problem

Too busy. Rinse your brushes more often.. I could see the dirt from others wheels was the main cleaning product being used on my wheels. It flung off as it fired up.
