My husband & I were happy with the grooming job done by Trevor on our 5mo puppy at Hutchinson PetSmart.. Our dog Queeny will be easier to keep clean, with her coat groomed so well, and he did a awesome job on her nail..

I called in for assistance with a dog food issue. Was in middle of switching brands of food for my dog and ran out of main food. I had several questions and also asked about availability for a small bag of the main food. Kel answered all my questions about availability, pick up procedures, and answered my questions concerning my switching of the food brands. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable about the brands involved, he was friendly and his customer service was exceptional. Thank you Kel for helping me and I will ask for you to thank you in person the next time I am in the store. You are definitely an asset to your store. Deborah R.

Do NOT go here if you are a first time animal owner. They really believe what they are telling you even if it is totally untrue. You can't tell the sex of a hamster unless it's pregnant? No fish should live in a bowl? I have been an animal lover and owner for over 50 years and I can tell the sex of a hamster AND I have had countless fish in my bowl, for years at a time.Two stars because their return policy is really good and they have a nice selection of pet food.

I am seriously mad about the service went to buy goldfish (which I have a 50 gallon tank for) and one of the staff members wouldn’t sell any fish and accused us of buying goldfish one other time and killing them, I have never done that and it angers me that they would accuse me of something like that I HAVE NEVER HARMED ANY FISH!! Would not recommend

Employees there are very rude and didn’t let me buy fish because apparently someone I was with had bought fish previously and killed them at target. She didn’t even ask about what we were doing, just said that we were fish killers and that we couldn’t buy fish, my other fish that I previously bought here are going to be very sad that they can’t have more fish friends. 1 star ?

Great store, friendly employees. Prices are kinda high. I personally like their selection of dog toys and accessories . There's a lot to choose from.

Love the employees there. They are very kind and helpful. I've gotten many little animals from there and have adopted two cats over the years from them. Their cats are very, very sweet, and they don't do any additional charges. What you see for them is what you pay. I like that. And they are all healthy and well taken care of. The lady fostering them is super cool, and you can tell she loves them. You also get a book of coupons after you adopt that comes with a bag of free food and much, much more.
