“I was recently switched from one medication to another of similar ingredients but different brand. It left me feeling absolutely horrible. I went to the pharmacy and explained what was happening. They were very empathetic and stated would have the original medication for me the next day. Soon after I left, I believe it was Jenny who called me to explain their normal supplier no longer carried the original medication. She stated she would locate a different supplier who offered it but that it would take an extra day or two. I was just so grateful they were willing locate another supplier and to even call me so promptly with the update. You guys are great!!”

“Edited review for 2023:They've definitely improved how fast it takes to get prescriptions. They've also been extremely helpful with using Goodrx or their prescription service when I've needed to. I've had a few issues with being unable to reach the pharmacy calling in a few different times, but they're probably busy. It goes automatically back to the options menu, but not a big deal. I've started calling in my prescriptions when I have one to 2 weeks left of the medication and they're filled and ready for pick up by the time I need them. The staff take time with you if you have questions, and I appreciate them. A thank you the team at Thrifty White!//Old review//---Time and time again, I have had horrible experiences here. I have been, at times, not even acknowledged after 5 minutes of waiting (and all of the employees make eye contact with me, so they know I'm there). With my last few prescriptions, they have been extremely late to fill (I'd come in and 3 days later it still wouldn't be filled, even though I'd come in or call prior). I miss the old pharmacy. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants to get the medication in a timely fashion.”
