Edited review for 2023:They've definitely improved how fast it takes to get prescriptions. They've also been extremely helpful with using Goodrx or their prescription service when I've needed to. I've had a few issues with being unable to reach the pharmacy calling in a few different times, but they're probably busy. It goes automatically back to the options menu, but not a big deal. I've started calling in my prescriptions when I have one to 2 weeks left of the medication and they're filled and ready for pick up by the time I need them. The staff take time with you if you have questions, and I appreciate them. A thank you the team at Thrifty White!//Old review//---Time and time again, I have had horrible experiences here. I have been, at times, not even acknowledged after 5 minutes of waiting (and all of the employees make eye contact with me, so they know I'm there). With my last few prescriptions, they have been extremely late to fill (I'd come in and 3 days later it still wouldn't be filled, even though I'd come in or call prior). I miss the old pharmacy. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants to get the medication in a timely fashion.

I've never been here before. My mother told me I could get my Moderna booster here. Scheduling online was easy and directions were thorough. The young woman at the front window was rude not only to me but to a caller, too! I have worked customer service for 8 years, and her behavior could use correcting.In the side room they use for vaccines, I mentioned I get nervous with needles, and I started nervously asking questions like if she's a nurse, where she got her certificate to administer the shot, and how much ml the dose was. I work for public education and staff are trained by nurses to administer meds and shots so I was a bit surprised when she said she did her training online. She answered the rest of my questions, jabbed the vaccine and dismissed me despite the pharmacy scheduling suggestion of waiting 15 min after the shot. My 15 year old and I waited in the back of the store as she went behind the counter and loudly bashed me and name called me to her coworkers. My son and I could hear her all the way at the back of the store. Then she answers the phone and repeatedly shouted to the caller that she doesn't see what the caller is talking about and told the caller to figure it out themselves before hanging up on them. Never again am I going to this pharmacy nor referring it to others.

The past month I've been lied to on several separate phone conversations with a new pharmacy technician that my prescription was ready for pickup. With a 20 mile trip each time unfortunately prescriptions were not ready or even in stock to fill. With a 5 day wait on each one, I had to call again for each one & have the prescriptions transferred to Walgreens because the meds were still not in stock. With followup appts. Scheduled on progress of meds it is critical to start medications in a timely manner. Previously I have been a happy, loyal customer. I hope that the poor business behavior is remedied. I also use to get a text or phone call when my prescription is filled. That promised service no longer exists.

I am so disappointed in the Hutchinson Thrifty White Store. I have been a customer since they opened in Hutchinson. I have basically been fired as a customer because I had the audacity to complain when one of their employees did not send the Dr. my request for a refill, but instead just logged it into the computer. This employee’s response to my complaint was to argue with me. Since that time, I have spoken to her on several occasions and she becomes defensive and snippy. I then told her I would not want to deal with her anymore and would ask to talk to someone else if she answered my call. It is easy to tell when she answers the phone because she is the only one who does not identify herself. She seemed to be fine with that approach. But apparently the store Pharmacist spoke with corporate and they decided rather than keep my business and my $3000+ in revenue each year , that I would need to find another pharmacy. NO PROBLEM!

Had my 1st vaccine shot there tonight and the process was simple. Walk in, give them a drivers license and insurance card and then get a shot. All of 10-15 minutes plus waiting another 10-15 after the shot. Friendly staff that was well organized.

I will never go back to this pharmacy. Prescriptions were never ready on time and staff never seemed to care. It took a week to fill a prescription my new pharmacy filled in an hour and that was not the only time that happened. For someone who needs certain medications in a timely manner (especially when ordering several days ahead of time) there is no excuse for such a poorly run pharmacy.

Long wait, they can't seem to get it together. Refills meds that u don't want . Called in a refill 2 weeks ago and had to call again for it waited on hold for 15 minutes. Unbelievable!

Drive thru is fairly efficient. I miss in store shopping, but it will be back.
