I was recently switched from one medication to another of similar ingredients but different brand. It left me feeling absolutely horrible. I went to the pharmacy and explained what was happening. They were very empathetic and stated would have the original medication for me the next day. Soon after I left, I believe it was Jenny who called me to explain their normal supplier no longer carried the original medication. She stated she would locate a different supplier who offered it but that it would take an extra day or two. I was just so grateful they were willing locate another supplier and to even call me so promptly with the update. You guys are great!!

The staff here are so rude and unprofessional. Every time I have come here (around 5 times because this is not my primary walmart) the staff will look at you for 5 minutes without even acknowledging you're standing there. They cut you off while you're trying to tell them ANYTHING! The "assistant manager" told a lady who needed the COVID vax to visit her granddaughter in the NICU she wouldn't give it to her without an appointment because "they have other things to worry about" and goodluck making an appointment because "they're booked out until mid December". How can they turn people away when they have signs everywhere and even their automated system says taking walk-ins. This pharmacy is a JOKE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Would be ideal if the staff at this Walmart pharmacy didn't take the phone off the hook so you could get a call answered. Been calling for 4 hours and no answer. Then I drive all the way here because the woman yesterday told Me my refill couldn't process until today. Now I get here today and I'm told nope. Not until tomorrow. What a joke. This isn't the first time I can't communicate with this location. I'll be transitioning to a new pharmacy outside of Walmart. Where I'm valued as a customer.

The people at the pharmacy are nice and helpful. But beware many Walmart pharmacies close for a half hour MUCH DESERVED lunch break and it isn't always listed on the Individual site . Walmart Hutchinson Pharmacy is closed from 1:30- 2 pm.

I love the Walmart Pharmacy here in Hutchinson, MN! I have had this pharmacy since 2008 and they still work for me and my family since then and now here in 2021!

The staff at this pharmacy are so accommodating & patient. I’ve never had an issue with any order & so appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to help me out. Best customer service ever!

Said they couldn't fill prescription and had to wait over an hour to try to get it resolved. Should go somewhere else.

After I had shoulder surgery, they refused to fill my pain med prescription. So I had to tough it out without pain meds, that was lots of fun. :( Another recent issue was that I called in for a refill, 21 hours later I went to pick it up after the time it was supposed to be done, and they hadn't even filled it yet. I'm considering changing pharmacies.
