My order was messed up, I called to complain and I was told they would fix it by leaving a card at drive thru later that day. On my way to work went to get and wasn't there- staff at that time knew nothing ( but made me a card with expiry next day. I wasn't able to get back next day ( now it's expired. Very angry)

I was hungry. Somebody bought a double quarter pounder with cheese-hold the pickles, and shared a small French fry order also. A double² generosity.I felt much less hungry when I finished the sandwich and exited to the spacious, well marked and neatly swept parking area.Parking: Located outside the building

Wow… this place used to be great.. then they changed how the burgers were made. Overly salty and over cooked to the point where the meat is crunchy… this change has been implemented everywhere. Why would you change something that people have loved for years to absolute garbage. I won’t be eating McDonalds anymore unless they change back to the classic recipe. The old saying, “ if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it” really applies here. Love when some moron gets an idea and somehow magically gets to implement it.

Stopped by Thursday a little after 9 pm. Worst crispy chicken sandwich ever. Tasted like it was drying in the rack all day. Took out the chicken and ate it like that. This place has really gone downhill.

This used to be the best fast food restaurant in the area. Unfortunately, due to a few select staff it has become unwelcoming. In a service industry, customer service, smiling, and pleasantries are everything. The management needs to learn this and pull those who can't or won't do that significant part of the job off the front line and put them where they don't have interaction with customers.

There is one staff member there that always complains to the customers about the other employees and she uses vulgar language when she says it. She really ruins the experience every time I go through the drive through and she's working.

I know they are having trouble getting help but it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Lost our order, so we had to redo it. Iced Coffee was terrible, no flavor.

I use the mobile app because it gives the best deals, allows me to go through the drive-thru faster, and ensures that i order exactly what I want. That said, I go here often and one in every three orders is wrong in some way. Today I ordered the double jalapeño burger with medium fries and drink. I recieved a single patty, a small fry that was half full, and a small drink. I don't understand how the cook, the fry preparer, AND the drive-thru worker ALL messed up their job. This happens WAY too often and has caused me to check all of my orders before I leave. This has to be the most pathetic McDonalds I have ever been to.
