Menards in International Falls is a large and well-stocked home improvement store that offers a wide variety of products. The store is considered the biggest Menards, almost like a mall, due to its size and extensive selection. It has grown significantly since its original opening in 1994, especially after a major expansion around 2014, which incorporated space from a former mall that had many different stores and businesses over the years. Today, the store primarily functions as a large Menards and County Market, although the shopping area and surrounding stores have seen various changes, including closures and new stores opening nearby. Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, with many noting employees like James, Troy, and Timmy for their focus and advice. The store is known for its good customer service, especially when dealing with emergencies or special needs. Shoppers also praise the store’s layout, signage, and the wide selection of products, ranging from kitchen counters and lighting to lawn care items, soil, and even a small grocery section. The hardware section is well-maintained, but some customers mention limited stock in consumables like auto supplies and garden plants, which can lead to out-of-stock issues and affect loyalty. Overall, Menards in International Falls is seen as a valuable asset to the community, offering a convenient place to find many items with friendly service, though some inventory and pricing inconsistencies are noted. It remains a go-to spot for many local shoppers seeking variety and assistance.
Great place to shop. Employees are always asking to see if you need help and are willing to go out of their way to help you find what you need.

Seriously whatever you’re looking for. They probably have it here. My god, they even have a little grocery section. People here are very helpful. If they can’t find something they’re going to go find another staff person to help them help you. Very friendly. The stores well laid out with signage everywhere.

Probably one of the best "hardware stores" anywhere in the world (speaking of the seven first world countries I have been in...)
