Great place no issues. Would suggest to use this place easy to load and unload. Pretty clean too. Just such a great experience from beginning to end would recommend the storage unit.

Just re rented another storage shed at Inver Grove Heights MN. The staff like Kari, Jim and ?Sara have all been great throughout the process. Place is clean and I feel safe there.

Overall Acorn Mini Storage was very affordable when I first signed up for a unit back in 2022. Over the course of my duration my storage rate did go up, which was a bit annoying. However I never had issues with access to my unit and when I ended my lease, Jim one of the staff at the Inver Grove Heights location was super helpful and closed out my lease with no hassle. Same goes to corporate, had overall good experience with them over the phone. Again, only complaint was the small increase in storage rates over the years. I would rent again at Acorn.

I’ve been very pleased with acorn mini storage in Inver Grove Heights! Their staff has been friendly and it’s been so much easier to work with them rather than some of the big chains. When considering having to get another storage unit, decided to get my 2nd one with them since they’ve been so great!

Great facility but tight grounds and easy to miss. Tucked in and if someone goes in the gate it just stays open.
