  Great gym, great trainers. Sou is extremely friendly, helpful, and I go out of my way to come to this gym. If you are looking for a trainer, Mena knows his stuff and is worth your dollar.

  This gyms is small but it has everything you need to get a great workout, the staff is friendly and very welcoming. I highly recommend this gym.
