They were kind enough to let me drop off my van later date and match the paint without any extra cost. The suggestion was theirs, and I appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service.”

“I traded my Cx5 2019 for a 2025 model. The process was straight forward, the entire transaction took a little over 2 hours, most of it was spent on waiting for the car wash and signing papers. I was pleasantly surprised by terms and no bargaining. The staff was very helpful, the offer for the trade in was a little higher than book value, on top of several promotional deductions, rebates, and dealers discount I drove away with the new car.
I want to point out that the staff was friendly and helpful even offered a tutorial. Very good experience.”

This visit was not unusual.....I knew what I came in for. 105000 mile service. I should have said something and maybe save more on the cost, but having Nissan eyes on work like that is probably a good thing.

“I went into the store today to purchase some antifreeze. The gentleman that helped me was Dwight and I must say it was a very delightful experience! We got to talking and it ends up we have some mutual friends and it shows you what a small world it is. He also helped me put the antifreeze in my car for which he didn't have to do. I highly recommend shopping at this store. Everybody working in the store were there were very respectful, friendly, and also very knowledgeable! When I'm traveling anywhere in the country I usually pick O'Reilly for this particular reason. I'm never disappointed when shopping at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Tell him ? sent you!”

“Sadly ,I was hit by a car who ran a red light. This is my first accident but to be honest I had the BEST experience getting my car repaired at this location. I went on vacation for 1 a week and within that week I was always informed of what was going on with my car. Everyone is very professional and answered all of my questions. If i'm not mistaken the whole process took under 2 weeks. When I came back from vacation my car was back to normal as if nothing ever happened to it. Thank you soo much Lamettry's Invergrove heights !!!!:)”
