“Was running late to pick-up my car after it being in the shop for 30 days. Although I called beforehand to tell them, I was running even later than I expected, and ended up arriving about around 5 minutes after close (actually 5:38). As I pulled up to the shop, I was relieved to see, the OPEN light still on in neon bright colors, and the guy from the phone call (Forgot his name, I apologize) reclined waiting for my arrival. Walked right on in,.Very friendly interaction altogether and a firm handshake, and only a few minutes later was out the door with my keys. Fabulous service.They say Little things go miles. “They have taken care of our 2012 Prius V the entire time we’ve owned it. They always do a superb job mainly oil changes which come with alignment and other little touches. I love that they have treats, popcorn coffee water for the people in the waiting room. Oops they haven’t brought back the treats sense Covid finished arg I hope they bring this back soon. I wish they would offer us an upgrade. We have loved this car.”
