“Scott was great to work with no pressure, they don’t sneak in dealer installed items and then surprise you when you’re ready to buy. Enjoyed the experience at this dealership”
“I purchased a Mazda cx5. I loved working with staff a this dealership outstanding service. They all very helpful specially my sales man Carter.
Thank you to all for caring.”
“We called Inver Grove Mazda because the front door of our 2017 Mazda would not latch shut. The service assistor timely checked the probable problem, checked if the parts were available and informed me of the estimate cost and notified me that the part was not in stock in the Twin Cities and must be ordered from chicago. We dropped off the car and the repairs were done and the estimated costs were right on. Inver Grove Mazda also identified other repairs that needed to be done. We will have those repairs completed soon. There is absolutely nothing better you can hope for when your car breaks down. Thank you great employees at Inver Grove Mazda.”

“I absolutely recommend Heppner‘s autobody. For having to pursue a service out of need versus want they absolutely made the experience one to walk through with the ease. Great communication, updates along the way, kept their word for when it would be done from the very beginning, the phone was answered every time I called and the vehicle was pristine when picked up! I have been recommended this place by another and they absolutely earned their reputation, oh and their quote was very fair per the three that I had collected! Thank you, Mason! Thank you, Heppners.”
“I had a wonderful experience with VW of Inver Grove! I knew what I wanted when I got to their dealership and they didn't try to upsell me. I had to wait a few days to get my new Tiguan (supply chain issues!) and they provided me with a rental so my life wouldn't be disrupted. Once my car came in, they made sure I had everything I needed before I left the dealership. This is the second VW we've gotten from them and it won't be the last!”

“I went into the store today to purchase some antifreeze. The gentleman that helped me was Dwight and I must say it was a very delightful experience! We got to talking and it ends up we have some mutual friends and it shows you what a small world it is. He also helped me put the antifreeze in my car for which he didn't have to do. I highly recommend shopping at this store. Everybody working in the store were there were very respectful, friendly, and also very knowledgeable! When I'm traveling anywhere in the country I usually pick O'Reilly for this particular reason. I'm never disappointed when shopping at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Tell him ? sent you!”
“Nice place to stop in for shop work. The schneider drivers dropping trailers could use some practice keeping the gaps in between trailers down and the bobtails should park in the bobtail area not the trailer areas”
“I called Inver Grove Toyota about some Lexus parts I needed, and I spoke with Gideon. He was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and genuinely pleasant to talk to.
The specific parts I needed weren't in stock, but Gideon made the ordering process incredibly clear and easy. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend his excellent service!”
“It was a decent experience. The guy behind the counter want like super friendly but he wasn't crabby either. Not everyone has to be super positive to be helpful and get the job done. Great place to get parts.”
