“We called Inver Grove Mazda because the front door of our 2017 Mazda would not latch shut. The service assistor timely checked the probable problem, checked if the parts were available and informed me of the estimate cost and notified me that the part was not in stock in the Twin Cities and must be ordered from chicago. We dropped off the car and the repairs were done and the estimated costs were right on. Inver Grove Mazda also identified other repairs that needed to be done. We will have those repairs completed soon. There is absolutely nothing better you can hope for when your car breaks down. Thank you great employees at Inver Grove Mazda.”

The cost of the repairs were about 40 percent less than dealership prices, and it included a warranty on parts and labor. Can’t find a better deal than that.”

From the very beginning, Raheem was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He answered every question I had and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
Adam in financing was just as wonderful. He was clear, answered all of my questions, and made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy.
I ended up buying a car that I absolutely LOVE at a great price! Raheem even went above and beyond after the sale. He was basically an IT expert, helping me get the Ford app set up on my phone and actually teaching me how to use everything, which was incredibly helpful.

After dealing with the nightmare of Maplewood Toyota on two different occasions, it felt amazing to walk into a place where the staff actually seemed ready and happy to help. I knew right away this experience would be different when I called to schedule a recall appointment. I mentioned my past issues, and the service manager not only acknowledged it but apologized and said that’s not how Toyota should be represented.
At Maplewood, I was told it could take days, weeks, or even months for recall parts—even though I had scheduled a full month in advance. Meanwhile, Inver Grove Toyota had the parts ready in under two weeks, with a clear and accurate timeline—no excuses.
Check-in was quick and easy. No hassle, no confusion. I showed up at 7:30 AM this morning, dropped off my car for service and they had a loaner Camry ready for me sitting in idle just right outside their doors. Super convenient since I had work at 9:00 AM. They estimated my car would be done by no later than 3:00 PM, but they actually finished the job in just under two hours. I got a call right away when it was ready.
This experience honestly made my day. Thank you for taking such great care of my car!
