Unfortunately I have given this caribou over 15 chances and they make the drink wrong/different every time. Their staff is also pretty rude. I drive 4 miles out of my way to go to the Caribou on Robert’s Street. SO worth it!

Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru for my drink. Sat for almost 5 looking at my drink through the window. Terrible.

They always have decaf cooler mix available. Other locations don't.The staff is always friendly.

It's a shame that each time we come here it seems to get more and more expensive. I mean their Ingredients are by far and away better than Starbucks, but I just wish they weren't $10 for a cup of coffee.

This location can get backed up so it takes a bit sometimes but that's more a reflection of staffing needs which isn't the people who work there's fault. They're always friendly and will fix anything if there's a mixup.

Yummy Oreo shake drink. Nice staff. Been here multiple times in my life. I really love the vibe here. It took a little bit longer to get my drink, but that is not a problem. I get it, this place is popular and that is a good thing. I will be coming back here soon. I also really love going to various caribous with my youth group. No Caribou has ever been bad.LIFE IS TOO SHORT SO HAVE SOME CARIBOU!!Kid-friendliness: Had a non caffeine drink available.

Waited for 20 minutes at the IGH location this morning, I was denied Even after I show the lady our receipt, that wasn't good enough because they didn't receive the order. I guess my receipt means nothing. And your customer service regarding the entire situation was appalling. I asked for a manager or regional manager and was told to find it myself online.Super disgusted!!
