Worked here for 1 1/2 years. Manager is a nice lady and all but clearly can’t get it together. Plays favorites with employees and screws over the ones she isn’t close with. Calvin is a genuine guy who does a great job and adds a great tone to the atmosphere.
The company treats its workers like dogs. Breaks aren’t allowed. You’ll be told you’re only entitled to a 4 minute bathroom break. The GM Delaina can’t confront or discipline the staff and correct the behaviors going on. Refuses to fire people who don’t to their jobs and terminated those who stood up to her Poor management. You’ll be scheduled 7 hours and are expected to be constantly busy the whole time. The AM Destiny is a great lady and I miss working with her. This place is so cheap and will test your patience if you want to work here.
Don’t work here unless you like being over worked and under paid.
Unless you’re being hired for management. Steer clear. This place is very toxic

First timer, ordered 3 pizzas (2 pep, 1 meat galore). Got home and received a taco pizza instead of the meat pizza. Called and went back to pick it up.
They were apologetic and nice about it, and told me to keep the taco pizza. All pizzas were good, great ratio of topping to sauce. I was pleasantly surprised for a gas station.
Would have been 4-stars if I didn’t have to run back to correct the order, and then eat by myself at home since everyone else was done and we didn’t want the other pizzas to get cold. So check your order before leaving.

I’m a Casey’s fan and was excited when I heard we had one close by. Unfortunately, this one is not like rest. No windshield fluid to clean windows at the pumps, overflowing garbage, and poor service/attention to detail with their famous pizza. Several missing toppings later was the last straw for me. And the canned “let us know how we are doing”reply to this review with the contact us form is about as useless as this location. I have used this link several times with no response.

I haven't had hot food from here in a while, but I've been completely underwhelmed by the staff at the counters. Every time I go in it seems like they are on personal calls with earbuds in, or doing some other personal related task/conversation and are slow to actually help customers.

I have never experienced such slow and disrespectful service. The cashier had a terrible attitude; slamming the register and other items she was grabbing. When it was my turn to be helped she didn't say a word to me, proceeded to stare at me for 5 whole seconds when I presented my items. Then when the chip reader did not work, she snatched my card out of my hand to tap it on the terminal. If she had asked, I would have done it myself. Do yourself a favor and please fire the curly, red haired cashier. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Disrespectful cashier, fountain pop area wasn’t stocked, no cashier to be seen, big line. Convenient for gas.

Had a large pizza delivered. It was perfect, I have had many pizzas from other Casey's and although good, this store is excellent. My new goto pizza place. Quality ingredients, very good crust and cooked to perfection.

What a nice store. Been going to Casey’s all my life. Too bad this one’s a dud. Seems after a year of new management things aren’t improving. Pizzas always old in the afternoon, overly cheesy in the morning. Place is dirty a lot. Constantly a nasty men’s room. And no Gender neutral bathroom offerings. Stuck using the disgusting men’s room. I’ll probably just start going back to Holiday.!

I used to work in the kitchen of the Casey's location in Pipestone, MN. I understand that there is a lot to do when making the pizzas here. But... It is a tried and proven process that has people near every location I've ever seen and/or been to. That is until I made the grave mistake of ordering from the IGH location. With this being how Casey's is represented in the Twin Cities, now I know why there aren't more locations here. I ordered a Taco Pizza and a Supreme Pizza. The taco pizza was missing the chips and they used regular sauce instead of the normal base found on their taco pizzas. And my supreme pizza was missing pork sausage and green peppers. This place is an absolute disgrace to the Casey's brand.

If I could give this place a 10th of a star I would. I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed with a Casey's general store. Every time I stop in for pizza or food, there never is any. Any other Casey's I have ever been to has pizza ready and other options in their warmers. This place is a joke. Today I walked in from working nights at 0700 and nothing in the warmers or even the lights on in the kitchen. This isn't just this once this is all the time. If there ever is food in there it's been in there for over an hour and basically dried out and hard. Barely edible. Its sad because we travel back from Mn to souther mo and try to hit all the Casey's cause we trust the gas and enjoy the food and our 4 kids do as well but this place is trash. They have a high turnover of terrible employees with no customer service. Honestly if I was a Casey's manager or higher I would shut this place down. It's that bad. This am I walk in and walk over and nothing is there in threw my hands up and turned around to walk out without saying a word to anyone, the guy who is showing off his new tattoo on his arm starts giving me grief about throwing hands up saying "just can't be happy with anything huh?" "He couldn't have a nice day if he wanted to!" The customers standing around were confused. What a terrible experience I will never go back! Sad to say the least!
