Super caring and compassionate staff/management. They made sure I got into a safe rental for as long as needed after I got hit in a bad accident, I can’t appreciate them enough for making an aspect of that stressful time easier!!

5star for customer service, 1 star for vehicle. Vehicle was new, less than 12k miles but it smelled very very strong of chemical. Every time I have to lower windows and wait for a minute before entering. The windshield was coated with very sticky substance from inside. Never had such a vehicle before.

You're not likely to get the type of vehicle you book with this location especially if you anticipate getting something nicer, it worth it, go somewhere else. They'll give you the absolute run around. They are going to act like it's out of their control and do little to nothing to make it right.

Out here lying about damages to a vehicle to try and get a free bumper. Slimy tactics a week after it was returned so either A. You guys are bad at your job and decided to wait over a week to inspect it (which for a neighborhood rental location you should have enough time to inspect it right away) or B. You’re lying. Real answer is B the answer was rhetorical

Awesome Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff, Clean nice cars. The only car rental place i will deal with. If there is ever a problem they go above and beyond to help out. I had a blow out and when i arrived back to Minnesota they were completely fair and made sure i was a happy customer. Keep up the great work in Inver Grove Heights Dan W and Staff

I have been renting at this location for several years. I rent a dozen or so times a year. I keep going back because they have great service, are friendly, have a nice selection of vehicles and always make sure that all my needs are taken care of. I’m confident you’ll have the same experience.
