So, I ordered a storm door with the Home Depot app, recieved confirmations and a delivery date. Long story short, I waiting around all day for the door to arrive, no call, no message, no communication whatsoever. Finally, I call in and find out, ooops, they forgot to put the door on the truck. I didn't have time to wait around for another day so I cancelled the order, got a partial refund, still unsure why they withheld about $16...total incompetency, will never use Home Depot again. Right now I am working with Corporate to resolve this matter. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Stay far away from this store if you are counting on customer service. Ordered a patio door...Took almost a year to install. First Install no show, then get harassing emails from company Home Depot hired to install for months. Finally door gets installed and it's damaged. Second install is ok. All along I've done all the leg work for months following up. Holding people accountable for what they say they will do. In the end promised a refund of 1,000. Told it's approved. Then weeks go by and oops not totally true we can only refund 750.00 back to your card but stop by the store. The rest $250.00 will be sent check which should arrive any day. Well guess what still waiting on this 250.00 check. Email supervisors who promised this check and no response. Call the store and guess what there is a snag in that approval for refund....mind you the last email stated it was sent. Inept management at this Home Depot. Should have ran at the first sign of no show. Lesson learned. Still fighting for my refund promised. You would think they are tired of hearing from me.

We had a great experience visiting this Home Depot this morning. Kent went over and beyond costumer service to help us with what we needed. Very appreciative.

How embarrassing is this store?!? I just moved back in the area and gave Home Depot two chances. I could walk there but the extra drive to Menards is more than worth it. On 9/19/22 I am waiting for a long time in the screws aisle. I'm looking at the cashier who knows no answers if not verified with IPAD. Hopefully, that's not needed in the bathroom right?!? I finally get an answer after starring at the cashier, "you'll be helped in 8-14 minutes!" I'm thinking "WOW!" and left. Then I think "they are close so go back." When I do this at 7:07 a.m. on 9/25/22 they are closed. No store hours on the door! That means even the hire ups don't know their head from a hole in the ground! Thank You Home Depot for finally being their! Now I know Menards is the store! They are OPEN, knowledgeable and definitely worth the extra drive. I also sell and obviously I know my stuff because it's MY JOB!!!

Get customer service in the Garden Center on Saturday evening around 6pm. Super friendly, helpful and kind much better than Lowes which I just was previously and walked out because of no customer service. Thank you to the young man who helped me tonight...I am grateful...awesome employee!

I am a long time customer. If you would have asked me a month ago I would have given this location 4 stars. Unfortunately after my last ordeal I would re rate this as a zero. People always say they won't shop certain places due to a bad experience... I mean it. Fortunately for JEFF MEYER and HOME DEPOT I had to give this a 1 star rating.Long story short (leaving all details of the event for the bbb) an employee botched our order, not once but 3 times. We were reassured by Jeff there would be no issues, we were given a fake email address to contact him directly. (It's on the back of the card, I'll attach photo of email address). I lost out on a days pay to wait for an order I was told would be here. At the end of the conversation I was told I would hear back from them about our status of the delivery.(5 hrs later...) I had to call and talk to three people to find out it wasn't even put on the truck today. To top it all off when I requested to talk to Jeff this morning an associate told me that he wasn't working and they were looking directly at the schedule. I was transferred back to the dept. Grateful for honest employees... She told us that he was on site then transferred us directly to him. Surprised to talk to a guy who wasn't there.In summation, if you have to give home depot your business save yourself a headache and go to a different location.
