Friendly, Timely, and Professional which are all qualities that I want. My car didn't look or operate like it was in accident. They were very helpful throughout the process. Communication was great. They even had my car ready for me a few days early and I was able to drop my car off early to better work with my schedule. Highly recommend this place. Their paint matching was perfect.

Not happy considering they transferred my GR corolla to their Woodbury location from Inver Grove due to their capacity and Woodbury was looking for immediate work. I received notifications from the Toyota app for 7 rapid accelerations during the transfer.

We have taken multiple vehicles in for damage repairs, twice for hail damage (PDR) and once for vandalism. The vandalism required fender removal and a large dent repair with painting and blending. All three occasions, which were years apart, turned out very well. They worked smoothly with my insurance company and kept me posted on the progress of the repairs.

2017 Honda Civic. It took a while to get in, but worth the wait! Took about 8-10 days to complete.
Seth, I appreciate all of your help and support over the last few weeks. My car was at the the Inver Grove Heights, MN location and they did a wonderful job, great service, and awesome customer care! They even vacuumed out my car and I believe cleaned my interior windows! They all get a raise! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Incident happened in July. Scheduled it originally for September (3 months out). I was pushed back 1 week, then I dropped my car off because the part they needed should be arriving soon. They told me 5 days later (October) that the part wasn’t coming soon and I had to reschedule for JANUARY. Don’t understand at all how I was pushed back 4 more months when I was told originally I could be in September. Very frustrating those 5 days I had my car in the shop waiting, I wasted time on an insurance car and was not offered to be reimbursed for those days until calling the shop to complain in February. January comes around and my car is finally looked at. The return date is pushed back twice and insurance did not cover the full time I needed a rental car. It took 38 days in the shop granted it was a big job I had been without a car for a week that was not covered by insurance. Almost every time I interact with them they address me with the wrong name, and no urgency, apologies for the numerous delays. I did call to complain which got my return date moved up 5 days which was nice, but also frustrating that they were not already doing everything in their power to get me my car back ASAP. I would not recommend them, but if you choose them I recommend complaining early in the process and to expect delays.
