Shelly was our agent in 2010 when the real estate market was a mess. She advised us this wouldn't be a good time to sell. We would meet every year and the answer was the same. Then in 2013 she gave us the answer we were looking for and the result was a nice townhome in a wonderful community in Woodbury. Both my wife and I were very impressed that she stuck with us through those bad times. We got a nice home but Shelly's dedication to customer support even in tough times has led us to recommend her to family members. Every time we see her we do our best to express our appreciation for what she did for us. Something I will never forget nor will we ever forget Shelly Holz.
And now for all the reasons above we've ask Shelly to represent us again. Shelly accepted and her team went into action. The depth of her team's assistance was outstanding. It made the experience a pleasure for us. The communication effort kept us informed day by day which resulted in a comfortable feeling that the sale of our home was in good hands. The sale went very fast and because of Shelly's efforts we received a full price offer. After the offer was made and accepted Shelly's team kept us informed through the closing process which in turn allowed us to schedule a timely move to our new home.
Twice now we've listed our homes with Shelly and her team, twice we've been very happy with the results and several times we have recommended Shelly to our family and friends. To say we are happy with the work Shelly did for us is a huge understatement. If you're looking for an agent, you just found one of the very best.

I cannot use enough superlatives to described our experience with Ryan and Kristin. A career change required a move from VA to MN on a very tight schedule. Ryan spent a great deal of time familiarizing us with the market and what to expect, answering all of our questions and offering very helpful advice. We found a property that checked most of the boxes, and Ryan was able to schedule a showing on short notice during one of our trips there. Kristin went above and beyond, helping us with the 'paperwork' side of things, which seemed overwhelming at times. They shepherded us through the process including several difficult issues that arose. No 'high pressure/big city' sales tactics or such - they simply listened to us and worked to get us across the finish line.
But it didn't end there. They continued to help after the closing and are still there for us many months later as we adjust to our new surroundings. In fact, I just spoke with them this past week for contractor suggestions and they fixed me up immediately. We've given them five stars here, but their service is well beyond that. We highly recommend them for your real estate needs.
