I tried getting my car in to have the transmission looked at in July, was told it was outside of warranty, there was nothing they could do, and their transmission department was booked out for months. I ended up getting a new transmission (at just over 70,000 miles) and 2 weeks later received a service bulletin letter on the torque converter. Upon speaking with recall customer service and per the bulletin, I was told I would be reimbursed and there is another service needed on the power train module. When I called Inver Grove Ford Lincoln, they told me “there was nothing they could do” and “couldn’t even get it in to be looked at for months” and do not have any loaners available. My car is currently leaking transmission fluid and not drivable. The Honda dealership next door offered to get me in immediately and provide a loaner vehicle free of charge. When I told Fort Lincoln this, they said, “ok”. No attempts to assist or problem solve with the customer. I was planning on buying a new Corsair next year and now, I’ll definitely be buying elsewhere. So frustrating and disappointing.

I recently purchased a Lincoln Nautilus, so far the car has performed to expectations - which are very high. The staff at Inver Grove Lincoln are great. Highly recommended.

Today, I had the misfortune to deal with a very young angry man named Ben who was so condescending and disrespectful. WOW! He told me that if I was unhappy with Inver Grove I should go some place else. My car issues were not resolved and I'm sure his temper tantrum isn't either

We purchased a Lincoln Aviator from Inver Grove Lincoln over the Memorial weekend. Braden Flanagan helped us with our purchase. Braden is top notch and went out of his way to make sure our purchase went smoothly and that we were satisfied. He has a great sense of humor as well. The dealership was great to work with. We are happy we purchased our new Lincoln Aviator with Braden at Inver Grove Lincoln.
