Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the wait would be about an hour. An hour and a half later, I get a video showing a nail in “my” tire — fine, go ahead and patch it.
Then, another hour later, they call back and tell me the video wasn’t even my car. Total mix-up. I said okay… so is my car done?
Nope. Three hours in and they hadn’t even started.
No communication, no updates, and they wasted half my day. I won’t be coming back.

Great service, particularly a gentle named Bashir was willing to negotiate and inform me and make an educated choices and get a car that was prefect for my situation and was not overly pushy. Was very honest with the cars on the lot and their history and would be patient walking though any of my questions. Would do business at this location again.

Buy at Inver Grove Toyota? YES!!! We have purchased numerous cars from here and it is a smooth process. We just got an amazing deal on a Toyota Tacoma and couldn’t be happier. Karen Garcia was amazing - she is so knowledgeable, a really takes time to make sure we are getting the right vehicle. No pressure, no nonsense, just friendly and sincere service. Excellent!
Also the finance team is fantastic. Jill, and Ariana especially, were so efficient and careful to make sure every detail was covered and every option was considered.
