I always feel taken care very well at this dealership. Everyone is friendly. I know that bringing my Nissan to a Nissan dealership is the best thing can do for my Nissan. I bought it here and keep coming back.
This visit was not unusual.....I knew what I came in for. 105000 mile service. I should have said something and maybe save more on the cost, but having Nissan eyes on work like that is probably a good thing.
Thanks Luther

I usually feel a lot of anxiety going car shopping. I’m pretty sure I’ve cried every time I have gone to a dealership. This dealership was different. The staff was amazing. They understood and welcomed my situation. James (Jimmy) and Jamie were amazing!

Dropped my car off on Thursday for 1pm appt. At 3:00, I hadn't heard anything so we went back to the dealership just to find out they had to order a part and they wouldn't receive it until Friday. It took three phone calls on our part on Friday to find out the part they had didn't fix the problem and they needed to keep the car. Monday came, and three more phone calls on our part and no response from anyone. During the last phone call we made yesterday (Monday) we were promised that either the service manager or service writer would still be calling us before close that day or Tuesday morning. It is now Tuesday afternoon. I have made two more phone calls to the dealership and I'm still getting nowhere. The call center keeps asking us if we got the welcome text, and I never did. Apparently they want us to be checking in thru the text thread I never got. The only communication they've initiated was to my husband's cell on Monday to let us know a part arrived (and this is after I've confirmed they had my cell phone number correct, why text him??). I bought the car at this dealership 4 years ago, have only brought it there for service with no issues like this. But it takes just once for me to look elsewhere next time. Do I have them put the car back together and I can drive it somewhere else? Will it be put back together correctly? Will it ever be fixed? Will anyone ever call me? Is a courtesy call with a status update that hard?

So far, a good and generous experience. I can’t fault Luther for the issues with my SUV, and they have (so far) handled them well without too much price-gouging and mark-up.
So far so good.

I had my car in twice before. And was told there was no issue. This was the third time and master tech. Josh had the problem dx before we left the lot for a drive. Thank God because it got fixed under warranty. If we would have been told nothing was wrong this time. I was going to leave Kia which I have bought many cars from you over 13 years. Bravo Josh!!! Thank You!

We recently went to test drive a used EV ('21 Kia Niro). It was pretty scratched up, so we decided to look at another very gently used CPO EV ('22 Nissan Leaf SL Plus) and ended up buying it instead. Overall, it was a great experience with Igor, the salesman, and Nic, the finance manager. My only complaint is that the CPO warranties provided by both Kia and Nissan do NOT cover EV batteries, so we had to buy separate EV battery coverage. I think that all sales people should know this and share it upfront. I caught it by reading through the brochure after being told that the CPO would cover it.
