Germain. He is professional, knows his stuff and is on top of the market. He offers friendly advice as well; anytime you need advice. He is there jolly on the spot, communication is always important to him. We lisited our house on Tuesday and sold it on Thursday for full asking price. Again, he knows the market. David, is a great guy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone, who has a house to sell. At least check him out.

Experience goes a long way. David was amazing to work with. Patient with us as we changed what we wanted multiple times. Always happy to drive wherever for showings and came overly prepared for each house. His experience goes a long way when navigating the market - from how to price our own home and the structure of our offer. David is extremely professional and understands how to work with other agents and keep things running smooth, even as we got emotional, he stayed cool headed and managed to communicate our wishes effectively to the other agents to get us an accepted offer. We had multiple closes and parties to work with and David helped everything run smoothly and make the puzzle pieces align. Highly recommend David to anyone who wants to enjoy the craziness that is house hunting.
