The A/C stopped working on our 2007 Prius. The dealer was going to charge a large sum just to diagnose the problem. I called Homestead and spoke with Stephen. He said they would look at it and see if there might be a reasonable fix. He knew going in that it was leaking. Two hours later he called with the welcome news that it was fixed and cost less than half of the dealer’s diagnostic fee. We were lucky with what the problem was, of course, but finding someone who would charge a reasonable amount to figure out the problem, and then fix just what needed to be fixed is a big plus for us. Honesty and quality work are very much appreciated.

I was looking at a Rav4 this week in a part of the cities I wasn't familiar with. I wasn't given much time to get it checked out by a professional 2nd opinion either. I called atleast 8 shops in the area and none of them could get me in the same day except these guys. I showed up a half hour later, they diagnosed everything, told me how much in repairs it currently needed and had me out of there within a half hour. The guy at the front desk, I believe name was Austin treated me like an old friend. Stand up guys, highly recommend and I truly appreciated it! Thank you

Had an oddball size tire blowout on Interstate 494 4th of July Weekend. Homestead Auto was able to locate and get the tire for me on short notice and towards the end of the business day. They got me on the road again quickly and I’m a very happy customer. I would definitely recommend this business thank you!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a flat tire and was turned down by other places nearby, went inside Paul’s Auto and Tire and they were happy to put on my spare tire and even plugged the hole in my bad tire for me. Sent me on my way with smiles on their faces! Can’t thank them enough!!

Paul’s took real good care of me this past January when my transmission stopped working. I stopped in today with some questions, mentioned I was told my brake fluid was ‘bone dry’ & I was going on a road trip tomorrow. They were able to fit me in, checked my brakes, replaced my rear brakes, & I was good to go for my road trip. They are good, honest, hard working people & there’s a lot to be said for that!

Had a day of request to have them look at my vehicle. Called them at 12:30pm on a Friday, had it there by 1:30pm. They gave me a call within 30 minutes letting me know the issue. Gave them the green light to go ahead and repair and they had me out the door at 3:50pm. I thought I was going to have to schedule the repair for a later date so it was a welcomed suprise they said they could have it done that day!! Stephen, the service advisor said that it was a safety concern and wanted to make sure it was taken care of right away! Highly reccommend these guys at the Inver Grove Heights location. I had never been there before but will gladly give them my business going forward.

Absolutely would recommend Paul’s auto to anyone! They looked at my car before buying and made me feel so much better about buying it! They were very friendly and quick with looking at it! Very good service!
