Only negative was that every time I would go to pick up or drop off an alarm was going off inside the building. I was told that is going to be fixed.
Starting and ending service was simple. Clean, well lit and easy access. Everything I would want from a storage unit.

Renters beware.......
Your items are not as secure as you might believe.....
I had items stolen from a storage unit and found out little to no action is being taken to help solve this.....
You are lead to believe it is high security, top notch facility....security codes, cameras, etc.
FAKE CAMERAS!...... REALLY!!!!!
A Company / Corporation with FAKE security Cameras?!?!?
In these modern times, and that's what you offer to your customer's?
Bright Orange Facility...clean environment, climate controlled....and you package all that glamor, but your cameras are FAKE?!?!?
Renters beware!
Multiple phone calls, phone calls from Law Enforcement....and they all are ignored!.....
Don't be fooled.....YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN IF A PROBLEM LIKE THEFT HAPPENS TO YOU!!!!!
THEY WASH THEIR HANDS OF YOU REALLY QUICK!
This place is about as secure as a dumpster at a section 8 housing facility.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Your rates will double. I started at $138/month, and then it went up to $151, then $183, then $213, and then they wanted to raise it again. The bigger kicker is someone BROKE IN to my unit, stole several thousands of dollars of items, and Public Storage has done nothing about it. When I asked if they had time to review the cameras the next day, the employee said she hadn't had time yet (while she was sweeping the floors). So just know the floors take priority over your belongings. Also, I found out after the fact that most of the cameras are fake. So don't be lured into thinking your stuff is secure- you pay a premium for what you are led to believe are security features, when in reality, they don't care. District Manager Ben won't even answer his phone or return your calls when you try to get in touch with him. I have never seen a business care as little about their customers as these people. Don't trust them, don't rent there, and certainly don't ask for help if a problem arises.
