You were expensive otherwise was good when I was with you. But now I'm giving you one star because you did not refund my down payment back. I talked to you guys several times to return my money back but there's positive respond up now, i am still waiting for you over 2 months.

They are too expensive for what they offer. We don’t have a lot of choices in the city but have to settle for anything because of truck parking enforcement that is going on. , it’s honestly a price of dump that is overpriced.

The worst experience I've ever had renting a storage lot. They lied from the start. Rented 2/11/25. I gave the correct location and they set my unit in the wrong lot. Drove over 4 hrs to leave my truck to find out my gate code didn't work and they set me in the north location not the south. Called they said they fixed it and chargedme additional fees for their mistakes. Only to make the trip a second time on 2/18/25 again couldn't gain access to the lot. Lost hundreds of dollars in fuel. Called back again only to be placed on hold for over an hour. I ended up canceling the whole unit and was told I'd be reimbursed the money. Again more lies the unit was over $228.00 weeks later received a check for $110. They promised to resolve the issue after many calls and please on hold for hours. Never received and calls back and get the same we have to follow up with upper management and will get back to you. As of 4/9/25 the matter is unresolved. They lie and steal from their customers. I highly recommend NOT renting from these lying thieves. The chances that you will gain access is slim to none and you'll never get refunded.

I give them one star because they worked with me on short term space rental. When I arrived at the lot the space I was assigned was parchaly blocked and if I would have parked in that spot my truck would have been into the exit and entrance lane. After several call I was assigned a space and received a text confirming my space. I was leaving town to attend my daughter's wedding. For the next two day, when I was trying to enjoy the wedding, I was text messages and received phone calls telling me I was parked in the wrong space and I needed to move. I explained everything to them and thought it was all cleared up. I was wrong, before I got back to my truck i started getting text messages about me owing money for the next month. I expanded to them that I only needed a spot for 6 day and did not need anything long term.They gave me a prorated amout for the time i needed. I got to my truck and apon leave the lot I realize that some stole around 75 gallons of fuel from my truck....I called to discuss this with them only to be told, they would let management know and it could take up to two weeks to hear back from them....later that day I received another text messages saying I needed to pay more money because my truck was still parked at their yard. I responded and told them it's not because I was in Bismark N.D. thank God for elogs. I'm still getting messages from them every day about needed to pay for the space. If you have a problem, trying to get ahold of someone can take forever. The people answers the phone are of very little help. Every time I called i had to go through everything again. Less then a week in this location ended up costing me over $500.00. I will never use them again. The most unprofessional and unorganized company i have worked with, and I drive a truck for a living.

I did not have a good experience, multiple contact numbers for Stagecoach, quoted different prices for rentals, for disorganized.

I would recommend stagecoach storage to fix its communication method. I always have hard time to get someone for assistance. Otherwise would rate it 5.

most of the parking spots arrive very tight. many truckers leave because of that. if the owner would get rid of one spot each line nobody would leave them, and they would get consistence income plus happiness of the renters

This is a horrible place! PLEASE DO NOT PARK YOUR RIG, RV or CAR HERE!!! More than half of the time, the front gate is wide open which makes it easier for criminals to come in and steal your catalytic converter.. which they did to mine. If you are wondering if they cover thefts.. they DO NOT!! People have resorted to putting up their own cameras because they do not have any. I tried not leaving a star.. but they make you select at least one star

Horrible business practice. Run fast, do NOT rent here. We paid for and rented a spot, they decided to cancel it and rent to a current client. We lost out on other parking opportunity. Horrible business practice, unethical and the owner was not apologetic at all.

If you want your vehicle stolen this is a great place to park. I had a vehicle and trailer stolen from this lot & management says " camera's were shut off due to construction on electric outlets". That was the explanation after they didn't return my phone call for a day after reporting the theft. Don't waste your time or money here.
