Would recommend Surelock RV Storage to anyone that has outdoor storage needs! Very reasonable prices as well as friendly staff! The office manager Jody is always great to talk to, accommodating, and goes above and beyond! Have been a customer in the M lot. Clean and easy to navigate. Have used the main facility as well for water and tank dumping. Also very clean and easy to navigate. 10/10 would recommend!

The M Lot Storage location on 11305 Clark Rd was perfect. I would highly recommend storing with these folks. Thank you Jodi for always being available and friendly over the phone!

We had the whole boat motor cut off our vintage boat. The boat was locked and wrapped. They un-wrapped the boat, cut the boat lock, then cut and ruined the electrical components and stole our irreplaceable motor ruining the boat.
Management has still not contacted me, other then to reply to this post. Yesterday I called Surelock to inform them. The employee on the phone was already aware of the theft, and told me he'd known about it for longer than a weekend. He was surprised to find I had not been contacted yet. The accumulated water in the boat collaborates this story. I was also told that there are no cameras on the lot.
Edit: since the theft of the boat motor... Their customer service has been very helpful and kind. I greatly appreciated the extra effort.

Level, graded lot. Dump station with water. Haven't had any issues in the 2 years we've had our travel trailer there.

Very friendly and easy to work with team. 100% recommend, it's a short Uber drive to the airport if you're doing a long-term storage out of state.

I have been storing my travel trailer here for 3 years. They have the best service and prices in the metro. The lot is well maintained and they have excellent security.

This is a secure place to park your trailer, RV, boat, etc. Entrance is only by electronic card given upon registration.
Came out to park the RV. Someone else was in our spot (this has Never happened before). Manager met us there in 10 minutes, moved the trailer out of our spot - excellent customer service.

For me, the clean and well organized facility is the best value in the area. I have had my RV stored there during the summer months and have had zero issues. Staff has always been very helpful if needed. Being able to fill and empty tanks on site is very convenient.

Very nice owners and folks that work here. Zero issues with storing our RV and trailer here. Extremely safe and secure facility. There's a free dump station and propane for purchase too.
