Since their merger I've been locked out of my account 2 or 3 times in one week. I'm so done with this bank. Cannot even access my money. What a joke. Eat a d@#$.

Internet states it open. Get there tow employees sitting there doing nothing. Why are they there if not helping customers? Very very poor customer service.
