The store always has what I need, and they price match which is convenient. I was in on Sunday and had the most positive experience because of two employees (which compelled me to write a public review): Charles and Kyle. Charles was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable - seamlessly helping direct me to where the items I needed were in the store and matching prices for items I found on the TSCo website. Kyle meticulously and patiently helped me load up a cattle panel and t posts in my SUV and was so kind. Both of these folks were 100% customer focused.

I'm not a farmer, but have found some good unconventional uses for some of their products like many other people have. I bought horse stall matts to make a padded floor for my gym. They are indestructible and work very well and they actually look nice. Saved a fortune over actual padded gym flooring. I also bought a 100 Gallon Rubermaid stock tank to use as an ice bath for myself. Works very well! Again, saved a fortune and it is a good product. Highly recommend Tractor Supply Company!

ordered same day delivery they sent wrong ptoduct when called them was told I had to bring produt back to store at my expence to fix there mistake

If you have mobility disabilities, don't bother stopping here. We're not welcome. There were electrical cords strung across an aisle, many aisles were block by displays and there are no scooters in the big store. They also didn't have in stock the items they had advertised on their website for which we went to the store in the first place. Fleet Farm was a pleasant alternative.

I am writing to inform you of the disappointment I have been experiencing several times with your store. I live in Welch, Minnesota and drive 40 minutes to your store in Inver Grove Heights. Normally, regardless of weather, they have filled them for me, yet today they told me the pump would freeze up. The same gentleman, with a goatee who wouldn’t give his name, told me the same excuse last time and I went across the street to a holiday gas station who was able to refill my tanks, no problem.A funny thing, another gentleman just pulled up and they told him the gate was frozen shut.I’m just really disappointed in the service. I called your store in Prescott, WI (which is having the same weather, no snow, sunny, and 18°) to see if they could fill my tanks, and they said yes they could. I explained why I called first, and he didn’t seem surprised about the other store refusing service.Severe disappointment that I had to do so much driving!Richard WilliamsPs - the first time this happened, I write a complaint on the website, and was contacted by corporate saying the store manager would contact me, which never happened!

Tractor Supply of Inver Grove Heights is a great place to work. The Store Manager is by far one of the best an employee could ever have and yes, believe me, they have a lot on their plate. They have an open door policy and always willing to listen, coming up with solutions and making your work experience enjoyable and definitely not a micromanager.There is also an amazing Team Lead who is fun and highly knowledgeable and is always willing to be there and give great leadership. They hopefully will be promoted one day very soon. Everywhere we work nothing is ever going to be perfect. Unfortunately, there were some problematics that are hopefully taken care of with the rhetoric of instruction or training and the professional treatment of employees and especially customers. HR should of taken action on this behavior immediately and shows incompetence on their end along with other upper management not acting with integrity and professionally. "When you promote the WRONG people, you begin to lose your BEST people.There are some other great employees that are very knowledgeable as well, such as in recieving. They will educate you on the proper operations of Tractor Supply Company, making sure you are fulfilling the Gura Mission, but of course you always still have your "Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner" employee, but it is what is and nobody is perfect. This is a fun atmosphere with a really good pay rate and benefits with flexible hours and of course, employee discounts. I call the bathrooms the the Outhouse, especially the men's. You will see why when Farmer Joe goes to use it after eating at the Greasy Spoon Diner or that certain co-worker that loves their microwave burritos. Also, the breakroom could have some science projects going on with the fridge and there is a pizza maker that has seen its better days. It's all good though. Always stay connected with the Store Manager and Team Lead that you will meet very soon after getting hired. They are both very articulate and smart. They will always show you the proper operations and procedures. Working Black Friday was great, but I don't miss 36"inch grills or any gun cases. I sure do miss working there. Apply today as this is a great place to work. Gura!
